Location. 10 to 15 minutes to our connections with the cruise port.

Short staffed when open for breakfast. One person to have the breakfast setup by 6am and run the night desk at that time in the morning does not work out. Customers trying to check out at that time or customers trying to grab a bit before they start there day. One of these two customer satisfaction is going to suffer.

Has gone downhill in last 2 years I’ve been going there. Tootsie roll wrapper on floor by nightstand. Fridge needed to be cleaned. Pillows were extremely lumpy. Lobby tile needs to be fixed. It’s a safety hazard and has been this way for awhile.

The central location to what we were doing.

The toilets were to small and low to the ground. If you have bad knees or leg problems it can be a problem getting up and down. Let alone other things that can not hang down because of the water level in a small bowl.

Stay was good and convenient for the length of time spent at the hotel.

The breakfast was adequate. The location was central and perfect for the purpose of the trip.

What could have been better was the provision of a printer being available and hooked up to the computer for direct printing as opposed to having to send the document to the front desk email to have them print it off.

It was a good value for money and practical for our purpose

Location is great, staff is very friendly, breakfast available, rooms have been upgraded, goid packge handling service and good beds.

Rooms are not noiseproof, constant noise from hall, neighbours or outside garderers. Breakfast does not have variety at all (every day the same), housekeeping was poorly excecuted and second time even skipped and a very noisy AC system.

The rooms were old and not particularly clean; our room's flooring was sticky. The door locks appeared very unsafe, even alarming, with a gap through which sounds and light from outside could be heard and seen. The exterior areas of the room did not look clean, including the aisle carpets and the breakfast area. We did not avail ourselves of the breakfast due to the lack of sufficient seating, as the area was very overcrowded.

I do a lot of traveling for both business and pleasure and this was one of the best hotels.

This hotel provided a very good breakfast and it was not a continental style breakfast. It had sausage and eggs and a lot of other very good selections to choose from. The area was clean and the food was very fresh.

There was nothing at this hotel that I did not like. Excellent staff and the rooms were very clean, neat, and no issues at all.

Room was large, clean, and comfortable.

Breakfast had very little options - no fruit, no pastries, no ketchup/salsa for eggs and they were dry eggs. Pool was dirty with leaves. Hot tub was broken and when we inquired about it, staff said the hot tub is a kid pool. But there is clearly a “SPA” sign and a timer proving it is a broken hot tub. The hot tub also had leaves in it. Therefore, we could not enjoy the pool area.

Dirty,damp, musty smelling.in serious need of upgrades

This hotel is in horrible condition. Our room had laminate flooring that had big gaps in it and the bathroom door could only open halfway because it was scraping on the floor. It smelled very damp and musty. There was hair/dust on the floor everywhere. I’m glad I only had to endure it for one night!

We enjoyed our holiday stay.

Almost everything but the room in particular was nice.

I arrived early and was met with the request for additional money. I think it was around 2 to 3hours. I have travelled worldwide for around 50 years and this is the first time I have experienced this request. The lady allowed me to enter the room a little early at no cost.

AWFUL just a nightmare

The room really sucked! Nothing

The room really sucked the bed was squeaky every time I turned or my husband we were woken by the squeaky noise. I had to go buy a blowup mattress because the couch bed was awful for my son to sleep on! The pool and hot tub were filled with leaves! Dirty! Not to mention I was in a deep sleep and the fire alarm went off because they’re doing construction. And every time someone went out side that dang door would slam shut! Needless to say I’ll never ever stay there again!

The hotel is a little bit older but it was very clean and all of the staff that we encountered are very helpful and friendly.

The beds were not very comfortable and I think there should be an option for two queens instead of two fulls
