Tired looking property that really needs updating and infested with cockroaches 😲😖

Ideal location and good eateries close by. The scillian Oven is exceptionally good.

Now looking very tired and needs a lot of maintenance doing to the property since our visit last year. Also cockroaches in the room. That is a first for me at any hotel in the US!! Room cleaning was sparse over the five days and when cleaned at our request, no coiffed or shampoo etc left in the room. Such a shame as the location was ideal for us.

Okay but the quality of the room overshadowed everything else.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. I loved the foods for continental breakfast, with healthy choices.

Although clean, the rooms were very outdated and in need of repairs. The carpet needs a thorough cleaning. The closet knobs were off. Green grime was around the tub drain. The wood on the doors was falling apart. I could go on. Update your rooms, please!!

The customer service was exceptional. Farah and Dejae were intuitive. Dejae recognized the name on a package while we were checking out and avoided us leaving it behind.

The facilities were not what I used to have with the brand. The elevator wasn't working half of the stay, and the room had an odor. We had to ask for remotes for tvs as neither one of them in the suite had one.

Would not recommend if you are looking for a free breakfast - or HEATED pool

Room was clean.

Free breakfast advertised. first day there...Sunday, no toaster - no waffle batter - all juices "out of order" - nothing in the warmer - we had to leave at 8 - still no food. Garbage can overflowing by the coffee machine. Next day - nothing in the fridge except for a half gallon of milk - no yogurt, juices not back to operable until Wednesday. Wednesday - no plates other than 4" muffin plates - 3 of them together would hold the waffle I had for breakfast. Lobby where we were to eat - had an aromatherapy mister that made it impossible to stay and eat our breakfast. Had to eat in our room. No lids for the coffee. All small things maybe - but they add up to a miserable experience for breakfast. POOL? Definitely not a heated pool. Would not recommend this hotel. Ever.

Lack of management comuncation.

Arrived at 3 P.M. and was told that none of the upper floors had not been cleaned. I was placed in room 113, nearest to the lobby. Good night's sleep. Went for breakfast at 8 A.M. I noticed the hallway was full of construction equipment. Had a small headache and lay down. Just then, the crew started tearing down the hallway walls and floor in front of my room. I spoke with the day manager who informed me no one knew of the work that was going on. I asked for some type of compensation and was informed that I went through you, and they will not do anything. Not happy at all.

Dog poop in the hallways, children running up at down the hallways banging on door , all hours of the night. We have been here for a few mths now and plan on staying longer. We had to move rooms twice, no a/c in one room, and the other had wet carpeting. My girl was stuck in the elevator for 1 hr and 25 minutes. Maintainence did not have the emergency elevator key. No one offered any kind of discounts or maybe a free night, the manager even laughed when she saw my girl on the elevator after the incident, laughing, , saying im surprised you taking the elevator, my girl said I will only take this when my boyfriend is with me, otherwise she takes the stairs two or 3 times a day.. anything you can do to help us would be greatly appreciated. We plan on staying here for awhile until we find a place.

Property was not well maintained. We come here 1/2 times a year and it seems to decline the more we come. The hallways smelt of weed and we checked out the same day we checked in. The lady was super nice and said she had nothing else available and that she would refund us for the entire stay

Some loud noise in middle of night.. in the tub you could fall from slipping on the mat in middle of tub. Looks to be some cover up. But it’s dangerous.. when soap hits it, it becomes slick House keeping did not change wet bed sheets as requested. I should not have had to change the sheets my self.
