The proximity to the competition pool we were competing at, the dark rooms, quiet atmosphere, and cleanliness . We needed a feather free room and they took care of it right away.

Going through renovations some areas are a little dated, but renos so far great. Refrigerator in room was small.

No notice of construction when making reservation then told hours of construction was 9-6 but at 8am woken up by workers yelling below my window

The breakfast was very nice. The staff was excellent. However, the supervisor on duty Vanessa stated that my fee of $250 would be waived. I’m still waiting for this.

Was told by Vanessa, who is the manager at the property, that a fee of $250 would be waived off my bill, it has not been resolved as of now. This is very upsetting and was not appropriate. I was also told that I would be called yesterday to confirm. This did NOT happen. No follow up with by Management. I was also double booked. I was charged twice for 2 nights. I expected to pay $98 per night for 2 nights. My credit card was charged for over $700. Two separate times. This is a huge problem and was very frustrating.

Firstly, your team exhibited excellent customer service. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. There was a shortage of washcloths. The breakfast was ok.. would have liked a bit more fruit options and pancakes instead of only waffles. The supervisor was always kind and courteous. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long while. Could not wait to leave and we do not plan to return to this prop

Staff were very friendly and easy check-in/check-out processes. The lobby area is clean and presentable.

The room we were in was in a decrepit state. Generally clean, such as linens and towels, but it is in major need of renovation. Stains all over carpet, marks on walls, finishes of walls/wood fixtures falling apart, A/C and plumbing fixtures in desperate need of replacement, roach-like bug in the bathroom. I was not comfortable in the room and I would have rather paid double what I did to have gotten a decent night’s sleep.

Breakfast options were good. Quality not great, but that’s to be expected these days with free breakfast. Gentleman at the front desk during day time was exceptional-so kind, helpful, and professional. If it weren’t for him I’d rate this place basically 0

Fridge in our room was leaking gross liquid causing mold and other mysterious stains on the carpet. Check in was not great as the overnight front desk woman was very rude, talking on the phone while questioning me about why I had booked so late. “You know you have to be out by 11 tomorrow?” Bed was uncomfortable. Furniture and decor very outdated. Room has a musty, mildew smell

Beautiful lodging, away from Home

I love the spaciousness of the room and the extra living area. I had a little area for everything I needed to do. I love having a window with a view to see the beautiful animals in the landscape. It was perfectly located for the purpose

I did not get a microwave or a safe, as was included in my previous room. It posed a little inconvenience, specifically the lack of a Safe, but everything else was exceptional.

Check in was quick. Room size was good. The fresh cut fruits at breakfast were good. The staff was nice.

great place to stay if you are in the area

Rooms are very nice, we had a king room with a separate pull out couch area that was very nice for lounging. My kids had a double room right next door and they loved it. pull out couch was very comfortable for my son. Breakfast is very nice, staff is always on hand to help. very clean.

I do wish they had the bar open more often, there are bottled cocktails available for purchase, but its not the same drinking in your room.

Short staffed in respect to cleaning as the bathtubs were never washed and had hairs on it and on the floor. Carpet still had dirt like label strings, small food crumbs. Bedside tables not wiped, had a lot of dust which triggered asthma and allergies. I would advice the hotel management's to employ two cleaners so that the work load is shared and the cleaning goals are achieved thus maintaining the standards of Hyatt chains.
