Comfortable bed - though too high.
Paying for WiFi. Refrigerator didn’t work. Should be a grab bar in the bath. Bed too high

The room was clean. The lobby was modern and inviting .
Guest services were quick to bring spare towels etc.
The pool was closed for repair works and this was NOT on the hotel website. Peak summer , this is not fair and it have been made clear or we wouldn’t have booked it.
The bathroom was old and shower was breaking off from the wall.
Breakfast was so so. Lovely fresh fruit but v limited anything else .
