Pleasant Stay with One Small Comfort Miss

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The room was thoughtfully designed, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, I would happily return.

The only downside was the pillows. They were quite soft, and I wished firmer options were available.

Hotel was fine

I had an issue with a guest next door making loud noises and even though security tried to fix the issue, the main purpose of my stay was totally ruin. Nobody from management has contact me since my departure. I consider this unprofessional

The location was good.

I booked for my daughter who was there for an interview. I wanted her to relax a bit so here are two reasons I chose this hotel but they were not offering during her stay. The swimming pool was under maintenance but there is no information we could find until she was there. This hotel was one of the few starts serving breakfast from 6:30 am according to their website but it was not the case. So she had to leave without one even though I paid the breakfast plan.

I wouldn’t recommend. Not value for money.

The room was clean. The lobby was modern and inviting . Guest services were quick to bring spare towels etc.

The pool was closed for repair works and this was NOT on the hotel website. Peak summer , this is not fair and it have been made clear or we wouldn’t have booked it. The bathroom was old and shower was breaking off from the wall. Breakfast was so so. Lovely fresh fruit but v limited anything else .

Not so great.

I haven't stayed here since the new rules were put in place. They now charge for parking. Like many other businesses, they are now taking every opportunity to milk their customers. I believe the parking lot belongs to Renaissance so what gives with the parking fee? AND...fix the frickin elevators! This is the 3rd time I've stayed there and had one be out of service. Love the employees, hate the Corporation. It is not worth the price the charge. I'll stay elsewhere.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff

Breakfast was satisfactory and staff were willing to help e.g omelettes made fresh. There was a minimal hit buffet, cold meats, fruits etc. All very fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating in particular Annalise, very lovely lady.

A bell hop, Annalise was kind enough to arrange something to move the luggage in the morning when we checked out. Walls quite thin, could hear people in the next room!

Comfortable stay

I got impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The housekeeping staff put in great effort to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. The furnishings were up to par, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day travelling. The hotel staff also deserves commendation for their professionalism and friendliness. They were always willing to help, be it with recommendations or addressing any concerns. In conclusion, if you're looking for a comfortable stay and excellent service, this is a great choice.

The one downside to this otherwise excellent establishment is its location. There is nothing interesting in the area that I noticed. Just be prepared to spend a little extra time traveling to and from your destinations.
