The hotel is very convenient for those who are shopping at Sawgrass Mills Outlet, as it's located few minutes aways from the stores. It's a new building, very beautiful, but very dirty! After taking a shower, I walked few steps barefoot to the bed, and my feet got black from the dirty of the floor!! Very disgusting! I had to go back to the bathroom to wash again my feet and put some slippers. I reported that at front desk, she apologized and said that as a way to compensate, was going to add some points to my reward account, what never happened. I don't know if they have cleaned the flooor because I've stayed only for one night. But clearly the room floor wasn't cleaned for a long long time.

While the front desk staff was very nice, the gentleman we had was very difficult to understand. The rooms were nice but the minimalist design was a bit too much. No dresser and no drawers in the bathroom. A lot of wasted space that could be much better utilized.

Excellent hotel. We checked in last minute late at night after a cancelled flight, and the front desk was so understanding and accommodating. Great customer service, clean comfortable room, and one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Exactly what we needed after a crazy day of travel complications.

We stay here when we have an event at the arena…It is clean, the staff is friendly BUT there is NO insulation between rooms. The doors offer absolutely no privacy, you hear EVERYTHING in the hallways

The lobby looked and felt very Welcoming. The front desk staff was amazing. The room was “tidied” but not cleaned. The bed wasn’t spread, the comforter was just pulled on-top. The floor was not swept. Apart from the room cleaniness it was a good looking property.

The staff were excellent but the rooms air conditioning was either extremely cold or hot. The ironing board and iron were broken and there was no blow dryer in the room.

Very disappointed with my stay at the AC Hotel Sawgrass Mills. For a brand-new hotel, the condition of the room was unacceptable — the shower floor looked dirty and worn, which should not be the case in a new property. On top of that, housekeeping never cleaned our room. We left at 9:00 AM and came back at 3:30 PM, and nothing had been done. For the price and reputation of AC Hotels, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
