Coffee maker in room didn’t work Bathroom fan was so loud you could hear it outside the room No information in the room about pool or bar opening times etc No signs in hotel to direct you to the pool, lifts etc No toilet by the pool or changing area No towels by the pool when we arrived for a swim Breakfast was awful the staff were rude and didn’t replace food or juice that had ran out was not worth $22 We had to get our own cutlery no tables were made up, we asked for coffee and the waitress said there’s a pot there, that had been left from the previous guest, the bacon was rock hard, pastry’s were stale, fruit had a vinegar taste, breakfast finished at 11am, we got there at 9.40am and it was like this

Old and reliable, good value and location

Location is good and convenient, close to the Sawgrass Mills and with a Publix, Sam’s Club and Walmart not too far. Parking is free and plenty. Staff is super friendly and eager to help.

The property has aged poorly and is badly in need of renovations. Carpets are everywhere and a nightmare for allergic people. The gym is small and the AC isn’t working (imagine working out indoors in hot day, like I did…).

Doubletree by Hilton in Sunrise Fl is a conveniently located but needs updating.

Location to Amerant Arena was great, had a nice pool, onsite coffee shop in morning, comfortable beds.

Facility is very dated, hot tub was dirty, had to request that shower gel be refilled. Completed online checkin, requested a specific room and received checkin confirmation but upon arrival told that checkin didn’t go through, and was given a different room on a different floor.

A must for shopping and concert going

I went to go to a concert at the arena less than 5,000 steps from the hotel. There were Uber cars available to make the trip easier. I was please with the staff and the free parking garage adjacent to the hotel and lets not forget the free cookie.

Nice stay due to wanting to be close to family we were visiting. Will stay again however never in that room!

Beds weee very comfortable and the room was clean. Are they really charging $3.00 for a very small bottle of water, I can get the same water bottle at Costco for 25 cents.

The room we had, 207 was not good, a loud whining noise that sounded like a race track as well as water running sound in the wall from upstairs rooms. The noise stopped around 10pm however the water noise continued off and on. Once we woke up in the morning the whining noise started back up around 8:30 am. We reported it at checkout to the front desk . She looked at us and I’m pretty sure the information will not go anywhere.

It was a great stay!

I liked the size of the rooms, the location in proximity to shopping and restaurants. I also liked the complimentary cookie in check in.

I think that it would be nice if guests be offered at least 1 bottle of complimentary water. All others can be charged.

Stay exceeded expectations

Cleanliness of hotel and room,....cleaned daily. Quality service, friendly staff, great breakfast, excellent amenities, great location for shopping (Sawgrass Mills Mall, a short walk away), comfortable bed, access to Sunrise Freebee, proximity to FLL Airport, clean bathroom with excellent shower and towels changed daily. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Extremely disappointed

Very dated hotel, extremely limited menu in restaurant, which was also a very bland and cold space.. Room looked OK on arrival in the dark, but in the morning daylight carpet and skirting board had obviously been eaten by bugs. Was certainly not worth the £130 price for room only. They also charged $3 for a bottle of water in the room which is very poor. Luckily there was an Olive Garden a 2 minute walk away.

This is our go to hotel when we come south. Even if we have a concert in Miami we will stay here. It’s conveniently located to everything. We came for the playoff hockey games and they always make us feel welcomed. The staff goes above and beyond to help make your stay perfect

Location was convenient. And the beds were very typical of Hilton…Extremely comfortable. Love their pillows and bedding.

The carpet in our room was very stained and smelly. I wouldn’t walk on it barefooted. Definitely not up to Hilton standards.

nice clean room, lots of space, comfortable mat , coffee set, excellent a\c, close to the Amerant bank arena and the sawgrass mills , well equipped gym and adjacent pool with jacuzzi, standard quality breakfast , helpful stuff

nothing major. i am pretty old style so i would like to be able to read the fresh newspapers during the breakfast in a paper form.
