Great location. Right near Amerant Bank Arena. Great parking. Easy to find. Starbucks on sight though they close down at 12 noon (should stay open all day!)
The hotel was not very quiet at night. You could hear everything...people running around, people on the floor above you. Difficult to get sleep. Also no housekeeping seen during the three days we were there so no fresh towels etc.

The location is good and the staff was very kind. Free parking lot is a must. The value offer was good.
It’s an old facility and even the rooms are clean, they’d need a change in mattresses and pillows

Staff were great. Friendly and professional. Great location to Amerant Bank Arena, and outlet stores. Free parking. Comfortable bed.
Hotel looks worn and old. Carpet in our room was stained. Price was higher than comparable hotels in the area.
