The rooms need an update. It’s very loud all day and all night. Was not a peaceful sleep either night. For the money it’s not worth staying there. I won’t be back anytime soon.

I stayed at this hotel and accidentally left a medication in the mini fridge. Less than two hours after checking out, I realized my mistake and immediately called the hotel. The supervisor told me she had checked the room but nothing was found. While I understand it was my responsibility for forgetting it, I am very upset because I am 100% certain I left both the medication and an ice pack in the fridge. I even asked them to check the trash, explaining that I could still use it even if it had already been removed from the fridge, but I was told it could not be found. Fortunately, this turned out to be just an expensive inconvenience that disrupted my travel plans, as the medication can be replaced. But imagine if I had left a ring or something with sentimental value. Someone at this hotel is clearly not being honest about items left behind, and because of this, I will not be staying here again and will likely avoid the Hilton brand in the future. Very disappointed, especially since the front desk staff had been very friendly before this incident. Issues like this should be handled with care—and they truly show whether a hotel is willing to go the extra mile and whether a guest’s trust genuinely matters to them.

The first room they gave us had ants on one of the beds. The new room they gave us had a toilet that when flushed made a loud pitch noise for a bit. To end it they charged me for two waters that I did not drink and they did not believe me.

Very comfortable, modern hotel with plenty of free parking and a nice bar and restaurant on property. It’s right across the street from Sawgrass Mall and a short walk from Amerant Bank Arena. We were in town for a hockey game and walked to and from the stadium, it worked out great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Did not use the restaurant. Climate control was good. Only negative is that the property is starting to show wear, especially in some areas of the carpet and the hotel bar was very limited and not real inviting, sort of spartan.

Linen on bed not ironed, looked as it has been used by previous guests… however it was washed. Very slow service during breakfast. We got tea and coffee just as we have finished eating our food. Reception staff forgot to give us vouchers for breakfast which was included in price of the room so 15 minutes have gone on clarifying why we had no vouchers. Room and bathroom well used and not refurbished for many years. Do not recommend.

Housekeeping is good, it’s clean. The front desk people are also very well spoken. It’s just that they don’t know if there’s missing item on each rooms. Because I called them that I don’t have a tv remote, and the tv was on my entire 2 nights stay. I could’ve just pull the cord if I want to but I choose not to. So, I spent my entire stay with the tv on, and no update for the remote I requested.
