Staff, cleanliness, location, breakfast, parking.
The beds were very uncomfortable just a mattress on top of a board seems low quality for a Hilton brand hotel. Spend a little more on a proper box spring bed and the comfort of a good night's sleep will keep guest returning.

The location is walking distance from the Broward Mall, very convenient.
Housekeeping is every 3 days. That means, if you are staying more than 1 night, find a place to dry your towels and clean your own room, they won’t give you clean towels nor fix or refill anything in your room for the next few days.
The lady at the front desk didn’t want to be there, so customer service was terrible. She had an attitude, didn’t want to help.
