Kori the front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. She was very apologetic for the inconveniences.

I waited over an hour to get my room after the check-in time. The first room they sent me to didnt have a working air condition. The 2nd room was outdated and smelled moldy. Staff came into my room without knocking to look for the previous guests left bag, which they did not find. The previous guest knocked on my door twice to try to come in to check if she left her bag and check the fridge for left items. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower was dirty with stains in the tub. The towels had stains. Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Never again.

The room smelled like burning pot. And there were roaches alive. I had to kill them. I complained to staff and nothing was done. I don't know how people stay at this hotel.

Also there was no.phone in the room to call the front desk or my family. The shower was disgusting with no soap or shampoo.

The night shift lady very unprofessional!!

I give my blanket and towel the afternoon very nice young guy told me to come back for them cause he had them in the dryer the brown sheet wasn’t done drying, I left when I came back he already left to go home when I ask the night shift lady she told me no, and as I was getting on the elevator to go back to my room she was talking about the situation with another guest, very unprofessional!!!

Overall a great experience and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Fort Lauderdale.

Excellent location, pet friendly we love the fact that they were very accommodating. I also luv the fact that we can cook nutritious meals as if we were back home.

The only thing is our key cards did not work all the time & we keep on going to the front desk to have them reset it.

The location was fine ~ suited our needs. The breakfast was disappointing ~ didn’t bother trying to eat it.

It’s been a very long time since I’ve stayed in a hotel that did not provide a hair dryer and I was not prepared for that. The room was simply a bed and a shower ~ not aesthetically pleasing at all.

We did not like anything about this hotel.

There was no ice machine, my smoke detector was hanging by wires over the bed, the tub shower had stains , the internet said newly remodeled and we did not see anything new, my friends room had bugs! Our blinds were broken. The price was way to high for this place
