Another wonderful stay at AC Marriott.

The Hotel is very well designed and the front desk concierge is very fun and upbeat. My stay was very enjoyable. The rooms look amazing and are very comfortable and immaculate. The bathrooms are beautiful and functional. I definitely will use AC Marriott time and time again!!!

The place smells like chemicals, so many chemicals. We get up to our floor - the cleaning carts are still in the hallways, towels on the hallway floor, the hallway is dirty, we open our door to our room, curtains are closed, TV is on and floor is wet. Just overall so nasty.

Good stay near Sawgrass Mills.

Excellent location for Sawgrass Mills shopping mall. Great restaurants nearby. The staff went above and beyond to provide a great experience. We requested an Early Check In and was able to get it. Overall a great stay.

Long weekend stay

The hotel was nice and updated. The room nice and clean.

Some of the outlets by the beds did not work when the lights were switched off, the beds were a bit too hard (our bodies/muscles hurt after sleep), and the a/c did not keep the room cold enough at night.

Perfect place to stay if you want to go Sawgrass, easy access and walking distance to everything

Check in and check out process was very easy. Loved the closeness to Sawgrass Mills, it's a ver short walk to the mall. Staff members guided us around on events going on the 4th of July and near by places.

The room was not clean enough for my taste. I did find some dust balls on the corners and the bathroom was a bit rusty around the edges. It doesn't have a pool, It would be perfect for a family with kids to have a one so they could stay there while an adult goes shopping.

Most comfortable stay

Fabulous hotel only lacking is a pool. Gym area was perfect. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast tho is not for an expensive stay. All in all it was a nice stay

Excellent short stay pre cruise.

Ideal for shopping at Sawgrass. Enjoyed happy hour at the bar (5-7 every day). Breakfast was very tasty especially the included cooked to order hot dishes. Very clean both room and public areas.

Very poor experience

The location

The issues with booking.com were tremendous and the booking did not properly carry over to the hotel. The check in took just over 30 minutes with the front desk hotel staff, as they claimed the deposit never carried over from booking.com. The staff claimed I would need to pay for the stay (which would have charged me twice for 3 rooms). But after persistence, and proving to the staff that the total for the rooms was already taken out of my bank account, they were finally able to get us into our room. The process was a nightmare after a long day of driving, and I would never recommend booking.com. The staff at the hotel were very hard to deal with and unprofessional. The experience was very poor.

Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

I thought the breakfast was limited in terms of choices. The continental station barely met expectations. I paid for food that I didn't receive but really could not be bothered to inform the kitchen.

The cleanliness most of all. The lighting in the lobby/lounge area is a little dreary and even though the decor is nice, the lighting makes it feel damp and cheap.
