Check in staff really nice, pool staff evening and morning different people and both more like door bouncers than customer service providers. If they don't want kids in the pool being kids don't let kids in at all, but don't spend the time shouting and making issues for them. Rooms in the new part of the hotel were the thinest walls of any hotel ever stayed in. Loud music being played on 1 side from 530am and on the other what can only have been the other half of the party. Add the circus in town and the bus stop under the window made for 2 hours sleep all night, for an 8 year old and their dad. Bed sheet also had rip in it exposing the mattress so lay on top. Bad time had all round. Hotel main areas nice though and plenty of parking

Lovely stay, excellent customer service great facilities. Went to the bar bought 2 coctails 2 for 10 great selection of drinks. Friendly staff. Room was clean cant fault the cleanliness had been upgraded to a family room spacious 2 double beds. Could do with some TLC but doesnt effect your stay at all.

Checked in, no directions to room, receptionist was too busy chatting to a collegue. Room was too hot, fan supplied in room was dirty and noisy. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Location was very good. Room was tired, no tea/coffee facilities.

All staff, ( reception, spa, housemaids) were excellent. Room was clean but found the pillows too hard and uncomfortable and the room was a bit noisy being at the back above the kitchen. Teaspoons would be handy for making cups of tea instead of sticks !

Just stayed for one night and was gutted to miss the pool - it closes at 7:30pm so beware when booking! But managed to go early before I left in the morning. Good sauna and spa all abit tired in looking but still enjoyable experience and definitely recommend to others

The hotel is quite tired and being run a a shoe string. It is under staffed, rooms are not serviced except by request on longer stays. Threadbare carpets and always something broken in room. This location is beautiful but hotel needs investment

Hotel Staff were Very Nice. Parking/ Car Park is accessible. The bedroom was nice but maybe on the smaller side. The bed had a few back marks on the sheets. One downside to being next to the sea is that you can hear the seagulls all night but this isn’t the hotels fault. No coffee or Tea in the room. Good Stay!

This hotel is NOT air-conditioned. That’s not what you want during a heatwave at a time when English weather is getting hotter! I feel sorry for the staff who had to work in this terrible heat. I was immediately offered a different room on a lower floor but this hotel has to get with the times . Not good.

We had a room that was above the hotel ventilation system. The windows were glazed and had a pull over window too. However the hotel has no in room air conditioning. When it’s extremely hot outside and extremely hot inside we needed to open the windows, this was horrible to sleep through! Even with the windows shut and just the fan on during our second night, you can still hear the noise. The room did have a very small and noisy desk fan. NEVER AGAIN! Myself and my husband have both said we’d rather spend £60 extra per night than ever have to endure that noise again. We did tell the staff but they just said sorry but there wasn’t anything they could do.

Great location overlooking the beach. Close walk to a few restaurants and bars. Retro look is appealing but some furniture is very worn. Gym is very old and worn, pool looked great but was packed, proved very popular in the heat. No AC in the room, just fan, proved a challenge to sleep. Restaurant had deed t meal options.
