We had room 10 and the view was stunning. Room was spacious, clean and at the price point great value for money. Staff we friendly and welcoming, no issues with checking in or out.
The property is not perfect, I booked the room more based on the price as it was just a place to sleep. It really could do with a better blind/curtain set up - preferably blackout as at 5am the room is fully lit with the full length window being east facing - see the photo with the drawn curtain. There were a few little things but nothing that affected our stay, the hot tap on the right sink in the bathroom was not secured, the French door wouldn’t lock and there was only 1 curtain which didn’t quite cover the whole window. Rooms could use a hairdryer, may need to have been asked for I don’t know but there wasn’t one in the room itself. The shower head is kept in position with a cable tie which is a little quirky but significantly better than having a shower head that doesn’t stay in place.

excellent value for money. karaoke was on one night, which was friendly and good fun.
Only had 1 pillow each, im sure if we asked for another one we would have got one, as like I said everyone was helpful.

Everything was great, stayed the night as we were 2 couples attending an event close to the property. Staff and rooms were great, bar was open until 12am so we managed to have a few more drinks and games of pool after returning from our event.

Nice location, good size room, nice bar, very clean throughout. The lady that cleans the rooms is lovely and friendly. Free parking.
Base on one of the beds was broken so couldn't sleep comfortable. Bedside light didn't work. Tap on bathroom sink broken and leaked water from the base. No spoon to make tea/coffee. No bathmat in bathroom making it dangerous when getting out of shower onto wooden floor. No bin in room.
