No robes or bottled water in the room. The hand wash for the basin is too high up the wall and the balcony doors were dirty

Beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms. The staff are all lovely and welcoming. Very cosy inside and clean. We had a room with a balcony and beach view, which was exceptional!

Great decoration, lovely pub within the complex, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast choice and beach right across the road.

Rooms to hot. And the bath and shower water not very hot. We were given a disability room not on request and everything was far to low in the bathroom room for our comfort.

Breakfast finished to early also Sunday 7th Dec wen Santa was meant to arrive at ten he was late we were paying for r stay they kept telling us about Santa breakfast seemed more important we didnt get time to eat our breakfast it was total shambless as they lifted all the food away also wit r vouchers we cudnt get a soft drink everything we asked for we cudnt have on the viucher

Think more about ur paying residents also all the staff were telling us different information about times and the vouchers

Me and my daughter loved our experience and had the best nights sleep ever!!

The hotel as a whole was beautiful , I love how you have a resident entrance seperate from the pub and restaurant, it was super clean the bed was comfortable me and my daughter plan to visit again in the new year time.

Lovely hotel and great location

Great location and lovely views of the sea. Staff were lovely. Rooms spacious and most of all lovely and warm as weather was freezing. Breakfast good.

Room was spacious and comfortable with a great ocean view from the balcony.

Little bit of traffic noise from outside at the front of the property. Most disappointing was the food, although not too expensive, very bland. Plenty of exceptional restaurants on the sea front to choose. Although I dont mind dogs in dog friendly pubs I dont think they should be in the food part of the bar area. Cleaners are quite noisy on a morning.

TOP CLASS PLACE..

We had a wonderful stay and every single member of staff was friendly & chatty..We had a room with a balcony and watched the sun rise whilst sitting with a cuppa,so if you can afford it,we highly recommend it 👍 And finished off with a beautiful breakfast..Highly Recommend This Hotel 100%..

Nothing !!!! didn’t know I would be staying in a pub with loud horrible music at breakfast, to many dogs roaming around while eating. Bedroom was noisy with or without window open, it was far to hot

Absolutely Lovely Hotel with excellent views

Location excellent. Plentiful breakfast with hot food cooked to order. Spacious rooms, we had a balcony and able to sit out with coffee with the small table and chairs provided

The only one small observation was the placement of handwashing for sink .. quite high up and could drip into toilet bags below. A small person wouldn’t be able to reach Also when we enquired about a disabled room we found that they ALL had baths. Not ideal for disabled people !!

Lovely hotel,shame about the venue next door

Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly, food very good with lots of choice from the menu. Hotel was in a great location across the road from the beach. The only negative thing I have to say and why I didn’t give a 10, was the noise from the venue next door called the Shack with music playing extremely loud until 1am on Friday & Saturday night, which made a big impact on getting off to sleep. We didn’t have a sea view so our room was at the rear of the hotel, so if you stay at the hotel make sure you have a room at the front. It’s a shame that the hotel has to put up with the music as I know there has been many complaints, but other than that we had a lovely weekend in Seaburn.

The music from the Shack playing extremely loud until 1am on Friday & Saturday. Extremely annoying.

Convenient and close to family

The prices are hiked up when there’s something happening in the area. The service wasn’t great, breakfast was cold, breakfast available has changed, removal of certain foods left one of our party unable to eat breakfast. Room cards had to be changed several times.
