Lovely spacious apartment

Lovely big spacious Flat, very clean and well equipped, nice extras in the kitchen like tea, coffee, oil, salt, herbs and spices. Comfy bed and pillow.Brilliant location for beach and town centre, only a few minutes to walk to the Winter Gardens and seafront.

Relax, lay on your backs, this is the place to stay, the rain, not a pain, stay another day?

This spacious first floor apartmeent was located in a quiet, leafy part of town. It was a downhill walk into the Pavilion (7 minutes), beach (9 minutes or centre of town (12 minutes)a little longer on the return journey as it is uphill! Parking was a challlenge, however, there is a very reasonable car park directly opposite, if neeeded. The apartment is light and airy with a largee sitting room, there is a good size kitchen with everything you could wish for, from condiments to cutlery and cleaning "stuff"to crockery, although the egg cups have eluded us!! The two double bedrooms have plenty of space. It is clean, ideally situated and the hosts were extremely helpful.

Great location!

The flat was well situated for visiting central Bournemouth, it was spacious and in a quiet area. The owners were friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The parking space was an added bonus.

The toilet system was slow to refill and didn't flush well at all.

Great place to stay

Spacious property with an incredibly well equipped kitchen. Lovely big lounge area with plenty of seats. 8 mins walk to beach and 5 mins to town. Parking on site for one car but a big car park opposite (reasonably priced). This felt like a home from home.

Very spacious flat, lots of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Lovely and close to the beach. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Also the area was nice and quiet during the evenings. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and requests which was lovely.

Parking was awkward/ very tight but the hosts did let us know in advance and advised of alternative parking.

The sitting room blinds were either missing, or didn’t close. That meant the person sleeping on the sofa bed, couldn’t.

Excellent Flat - great location

This is our second time staying at this flat when we have had a night out in Bournemouth. The flat is in a great location - just a short walk into town so perfect for what we needed. The flat is exceptionally clean and provides essentials such as towels and a well equipped kitchen with tea coffee …etc. The flat is large and has a good size living/dining room perfect for chatting and getting ready with friends. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

exceptionally clean & spacious

very clean & spacious apartment, kitchen well equipped, plenty of storage space to unpack/hang clothes, friendly and efficient communication, good wifi & dining area

front door is a bit fiddly to lock, low water pressure in shower, neither of the sofas in the living room are very comfortable, driveway to get in/out of the free parking space is quite awkward so if you have a bigger car it's probably easier to pay £6 for 24hrs parking across the road

A Lovely Stay, Would Stay again when returning to Bournemouth.

Spacious Living Room and Bedrooms, Clean and presentable. Although a tight space, parking off road was good and felt my car was safe.

The Property was cold on arrival; but did heat up nicely; once we put the heating on and shut the doors

Excellent location and Property

Property was in a good location, only a 7 minute walk into Bournemouth town centre, communication with the host was good and checking in/out was really easy. The property itself was larger than we expected, and spotlessly clean. There was complimentary tea coffee and milk (which was great as I’d left the milk I brought for our trip at work!). Kitchen well stocked with cups/glasses…etc and it was all new/clean. Only improvement I would suggest is a brighter lightbulb is needed in the sitting room and curtains/blinds on an the windows in the sitting room as when using the sofa bed it was very bright early in the morning. What a little gem of a property and ideally located for a day/night out in Bournemouth town centre. Will definitely re book if staying in Bournemouth again.

Great location and very easy to find and also having a parking space made such a difference. Really clean and spacious flat. Highly recommended.

Water pressure is low but in the whole scheme of things, this a very minor negative and the only negative.
