Spacious, Clean, and Convenient apartment!

This apartment exceeded our expectations! Spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfectly located near the beach. The ample parking was a huge bonus. We had an amazing time visiting friends in Bournemouth and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Good value very clean apartment perfect for our family meet up

Very clean and nice additional touches

I thought the loosely secured and quite heavy minature men on the wall above the bed in the twin bedrooms, was both bizarre but more importantly potentially dangerous. I realise the shared stairs from the front door are shared across three flats but they were in need of a good vacuuming and give an initial poor impression. The interior of the flat by comparison was immaculate

Excellent stay in a nice property

Location is quiet and a short walk to the beach. Loads of free parking directly outside the building. The apartment is lovely, very comfortable and well set out with nice interior design. Very comfy bed and nice gesture with the fresh towels, shower gels and shampoo! Great communication from the owner.

Lovely spacious apartment, great parking! Quiet location

The apartment is beautiful, me and my family loved how large the property was and the thoughtful decor! My daughter didn’t want to go home after our stay. Communication was really easy with the host and ample parking directly outside the property which was perfect for us. Thanks again and we will be back again this summer.

The Curzon

The host, Luke was brilliant throughout the entire booking process. He communicated clearly and in a timely manner and did his best to meet all of our needs. The Curzon Apartment is spacious enough to accommodate 5 people comfortably. It is close to the main shopping area and Boscombe beach.

Kitchen area is quite small if you plan to prepare meals for 5 guests. Some areas around the apartment would benefit from a little tlc.

comfortable flat presenting good value compared to other Bournemouth options

Very spacious, clean and comfortable flat. Very nicely decorated and well equipped. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Parking was easy and free. Sits on top of a cafe. We didn’t use it because our schedule didn’t allow us to do so but would have been very convenient had we had the time.

The outside of the apartment isn’t very attractive - but the other reviews had made that clear so we knew this when booking.

Great place to stay for families. Very spacious.

Lovely large apartment. Nicely decorated rooms. Double bed and twin beds were very comfortable. Quick response from manager when we contacted him. We were able to park right outside the front door for the duration of our stay.

Entrance leading upstairs could do with updating. The mattress in the single room could do with renewing. You could feel the springs a bit. The sofa wasn’t overly comfortable.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, warm, well-equipped and clean. Communication with Luke was excellent.

The communal stairs and landing needs refurbishment/ painting. It's a bit off putting when you first arrive. The apartment does not disappoint.

Luke the manager was outstanding, very hands on throughout the stay yet never intrusive. Nice little touches, Prosecco, wine and chocs for new year. Place was immaculate.

Was lovely to find tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival after long delays on the motorway. Great location for us travelling to the local beach, Bournemouth, Monkey World and English Oak vineyard.

Fabulous find! Great decor, clean, spacious, complimented by owners attention to detail & 5* service

The size of the apartment was vast! Even though everything was on one floor and we are a family of 5, we did not feel on top of each other (even with 2 teenage girls!)..there was ample space. The little extra attention to detail! The body wash & shampoos, the decor & furnishings, the treats & drinks left for the children , tea, coffee & milk to quench the brew thirst on arrival, the recommendations for local attractions and restaurants! My children have commented... The cosy warm duvets, plump pillows & Netfilx & WiFi! The Kingsize bed was SUPER-DUPER! We loved that too! Also, of course; the host was excellent! He was only a text away, you can tell that he really cares and genuinely wants you to thoroughly enjoy your stay. Tip Top customer service!

Luke is a great host. His team member met us at the front door and handed over the keys to us. We had a wonderful stay. I really love this apartment’s decor style. Very clean and quite location. My children love they have a Netflix. Big 3 bedrooms apartment. Also I need to thank you 🙏 to Luke whom helped me posted my sunglasses and other stuff to my home. I left them at the apartment. He sent them to me by first class delivery. Thank you so much 😊. We would love to go back to your apartment again🙏😊

Exceptional experience

The property is close to Bournemouth train station- 20min walk or 15min direct bus. It’s located off-street and really quiet at night. It takes about 25min walk from the property to the nearest beachside. There is a co-op and Tesco express nearby (walking distance). The host is superb- respond super fast to messages, meet and greet us upon arrival, really welcoming and helpful if we need any further assistance (including helping us find a safe place to store our luggage’s). The rooms are big and cozy, the property is clean and well-equipped with all the facilities needed.

AMAZING!!! Curzon apartment was a great place to stay when we visited Bournemouth with the family. Rooms are very clean and a good size. Location is great with short walk to the beach and town centre also close to bus stops and local train station. Would definitely recommend staying here if going to Bournemouth.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Curzon apartments. There was plenty of parking. The apartment was really clean and tidy and the location was excellent. Short drive into Bournemouth town centre and to the local beaches. Would definitely stay again and would reccomend to anyone visiting Bournemouth!
