Very close to Bournemouth town, there is also a McDonald’s, Lidl, Aldi and garage down the road! £10 uber into bmouth town which is perfect

Some of the house was quite worn, the chairs were a bit knackered and some lights were hanging out the ceiling.

We were a family of 8 adults and needed a large house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. This property tick that box

Communication from the owner was not great. I asked owner several times for key code in the 24 hours before our arrival. We arrived at property at 4:15 and still no code. After another call & text she sent it. There were not enough bath towels and no hand towels or bath mats. We discovered the laundry from previous occupants was left in a damp musty heap in the utility room. I asked the owner to drop towels to us and was promised bath & hand towels the following morning before 10. That never happened. There was very little cutlery and kitchen utensils and what was there needed washing before use. The dining chairs are falling apart and only 6 for a property that advertises for 10 people. The rubbish was overflowing the bins which were left in the back garden. Definitely take pillows as previous comments suggested. In general, we felt there was no pre-guest preparation to make you feel at home. It felt like a student house.
