Very good accommodation but poor parking management.

Was there any breakfast served? I did not know about that however we were making our own. What i like about the place is everything is new the place was clean and tidy. Very quiet and good location to the beach.

I was disappointed about the parking , I know I did not reserve the parking as I was told the spaces were fully booked but at my arrival I found 2 empty spaces those spaces were empty during the all time of our stay (3 days) I kept sending emails to the management asking for parking they kept telling me that there were all booked on the last day that is when they offered me a space when I was even checking out the next morning. It cost me £42 to park on the west Hill car park. )

I loved the apartment. Nice decor, lovely apartment bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with lovely shower. Lovely kitchen with microwave, kettle. Each room had a tv and also living room

Great property and good value.

Really nice modern apartment with good facilities, clean and tidy, nice walk to the BIC where I was attending a conference and also handy for the town centre and pubs and restaurants.

decent apartment in centre of town, we were well satisfied with the stay.

well located in the centre of Bournemouth, the team were responsive, polite and competent when we needed help with a couple of things. the apartment was clean and appointed to a good standard.

there were some slight issues with the parking - a system that was meant to be installed by the time we arrived hadn't been so, and this wasn't evident until we arrived, but the team did sort that out and find a way round it. we noticed a few minor things that needed a bit of maintenance in the apartment which we reported, but the overall standard was good and as expected

Great location and spacious apartment

Great location - even with a 5 year old, it was an easy walk down to the beach (but steep up!) and walking distance to the pier and town too. The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed for a few days holiday. Definitely make sure you book in parking, as it's a must if you have a car (not really anywhere else close to park). Everything was nice and clean. We would stay again :)

Just a warning for parents - the apartment had some potential issues for small children - sash windows that could open fully with no net/similar for safely, and no slip mat in the shower (as well as a fairly precarious TV placement, but our 5 year old was fine with it when we told her to be careful!). I would have been anxious with a 1-3 year old.

Appalling management and communication

We had a terrible experience at The Cliffs Manor due to extremely poor management and communication. I had prepaid for parking for 2 nights and had clearly communicated with the property that we would be arriving after 9 PM with our family. We reached at around 9:30 PM, only to find our allocated parking space taken by a service van. When I called the management team for help, they were completely unhelpful and told me there was nothing they could do. No alternative was offered. We were left to drive around a new city, at night, with two young kids and a car full of luggage – extremely stressful. After a long search, I had to leave the car about a 15-minute walk away in a quiet, unfamiliar area, not knowing whether it would be safe overnight. The management promised to refund the parking charges and said they’d report the van to the parking warden. Neither of those things happened. The van was still there when we left two days later, no ticket, no action, no communication. It honestly felt like the property is run by multiple people who don’t talk to each other – no one seemed to know what was going on. If you’re planning to drive, avoid this place at all costs. The stress, lack of support, and broken promises completely ruined the start of our stay.

Stunning ! Excellent location, beautiful, well equipped appartmant with spacious parking slot !

Perfect location, very well equipped property with large living room and two well designed bedroom. Very clean and bright. Plenty of windows and sunshine, spotless. Beds are very comfy and huge. Great communication with manegement and staff. Parking slot is just by the entrance. Stunning !

We are a family with 2 teenagers and the accommodation offered ample space for us all, we were the first people staying in this property and it was perfect in every way. The host was contactable for a couple of queries and very professional and understanding at all times. We hope that we will be able to stay here again in the future.

Appartamento grande e pulito

Appartamento all'ultimo piano senza ascensore. C'è anche una scala all'interno, tra la zona giorno e quella notte. E' stato scomodo arrrivare fin su con le valigie. Inoltre con noi c'era una persona con difficoltà a camminare e ha fatto molta fatica per arrivare in cima.
