Size, cleanliness & comfort.
Difficult to access the lock box as there were no numbers on them. My flat was #3 but I found the cards in box #5!

Location was fab, the flat was lovely. Host quick to respond when we couldn't park or get in
Parking was difficult - someone else in the bay, directed next door which was really narrow access. It all worked out, but a little more info could have been provided. Key access email didnt come through to me but when it did, instructions could have been a little clearer

Clean, modern, great location and great communication from the host. A plug in fan was available which was a lifesaver in the heat 👍
