Very comfortable bed, very clean, looked very good, but smelly on arrival and a bit tired in places.

The bathroom had a strong and very unpleasant smell when we arrived. It is a basement flat so the drainage could have been challenged but perhaps it was just that the extractor fan was not turned on.

Exceptionally clean and well-kept. Lovely modern decor and style. Very convenient for beach and town centre and handy corner shop. Hosts very organised and responsive. Off-street parking in an area where it is hard to find a space. An excellent choice for a few nights at the beach.

Excellent apartment

The location was excellent, near the beach and the town centre with restaurants and a shop very close by. The apartment was modern, immaculate and very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay and more!

It was situated up hill so probably not suitable for those with health issues.

We would love to come back again.

Fantastic bed, slept as a baby. Crispy linens. Nice balcony, perfekt bathroom. Everything you need in the kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt and pepper complimentary. Off street parking very good, do not expect to be successful in parking on the street, it was always full. Unfortunately, we have missed the instruction that the parking was on the right hand of the building and first night we were parking on the left side, which doesn’t belong to the accommodation. Very close to the beach, pier and International conference centre.

Garbage collection every day very noisy, lots of litter on a driveway across the street. At the last night there was a guy sitting on the stairs in opposite hotel smoking and loudly talking to the phone late in night. But it is not a fault of the appartement.

Smart, clean and comfortable with almost everything you might need for a short stay. Very quiet internally - didn’t hear any other guests coming and going despite being right next to the main entrance

Welcome email had all information needed to get to the property/apartment. Although I did receive repeat (check in) emails before arrival, during my stay and after I had left the property. Probably a glitch in your system but otherwise everything was perfect.

Clean, bright and light. Good quality accommodation that was fit for purpose and it was obvious that lots of thought had gone into the design detail. Lovely little touches - teabags, milk etc rosette on toilet roll and towels.

The location was really good, close to high street and the beach, plenty of good restaurants around withing 10min walk. The apartment was well furnished, bed was very comfortable too. Truly great place to stay, highly recommended.

Very clean and spacious with excellent kitchen facilities. Close walking distance to beach and small corner store at end of road. Clear & easy check in instructions. Would definitely stay again.

Having laundry detergent would have been great as there was a washing machine but no liquid. The street itself was quite run down and had some interesting people hanging around however, accommodation was very secure.

It was very clean and had a pleasant smell. It was easy to check in and in a decent location to the beach and town centre.

The area of the property wasn’t the best as it was quite loud and a lot of vehicles around, especially at night time/early hours.

Spacious apartment well equipped and well located it was clean but the grill pan had been missed

This apartment is below ground level so no view the apartment at the back is also on the same level but does have more light and a view of the car park

Spatious, well equipped appartement near to the sea-shore and the citycenter.

The property has a very nice, spatious living room and bedrooms, well equiped kitchen (part of the living room) and two bath rooms. At the end of the street (cca 300 m) the sea-shore can be reach easily.

The appartement is on the second floor and only stairs (The owners of the property had indicated this fact before)

Memorable, exceptional accommodation made out 2 night stay in Bournemouth complete.

Very modern accommodation, exceptionally clean and tidy. Very close to the BIC, cliff path and town centre. Parking is included in the cost of your stay, which is a refreshing change. Absolutely would love to stay at these apartments again.

Location brilliant for Pier and town and local restaurants. Very clean . Great shower .

Poor info wrt arrival. Three very similar adjacent props. Took unnecessary journey through minute lane and scratched the car ! The first prop was Sea Breeze and I wrongly assumed this was our destination! Went down the RHS as instructed. Scratched the car going down a tiny lane to the wrong car park! Also : very uncomfortable sofa! Nowhere to put cases. No shelf in shower . No drawers whatsoever . Heating was a challenge ! No instructions for cooker... Found online that one setting is just defrost! Also street was frequented by rather dubious people throughout the day and night . Lots of loud screaming. Also walls were very thin. My wife could hear every word of people talking in next flat . Also first night was marred by the fact that someone was having a pot party in downstairs flat ......

Love, love, loved our stay in the Beautiful Sea Breeze - Coast

Absolutely loved the property, and the photos on the website did not disappoint. Beautifully furnished, very stylish and very roomy. Plenty of coffee, tea and sugar provided. Beautiful white bath towels and a great size too. Apartment is perfectly located with only a ten minute walk to both the beach and the High street. Local Tesco Express located very close along with the beautiful gardens , always great for a walk where you will come across lots of friendly grey squirrels. We would totally recommend Sea Breeze - Coast to anyone looking to stay in a comfortable, well appointed apartment.

Nothing we didn’t like but maybe a few tweaks needed, although we did stay for 11 nights so maybe not everyone would need them! 1. Took me a while to figure out how to use the oven and dishwasher - maybe a some instructions for future guests. 2. Although lots of crockery and cutlery, I had to borrow some glass casserole dishes and a colander. (Knives were really sharp, which seems to be a rare thing in most self-serviced apartments, thank you). 3. The bathroom mirror light did not work and being a shorty I couldn’t really see in it due to it being a little too high. The other bathroom mirror was perfect. 4. Would have been really handy to have a hook on the bathroom door as there was no where to leave clothes except for the floor.

My brother stayed at sea breeze - Coast back in May and from his pictures of the apartment, building and closeness to the beach/town centre I loved it so much that I booked to stay for 3 nights. Easy access from the main road with a few turns. The building looked stunning from outside and stood out among all the rest on that street. Great private car park that was excellent. The apartment had a luxurious look the minute you walked through the door. Lovely touch with towels, shampoo, cleaning detergent, dish cloth, etc. Every inch of the apartment was pleasantly clean and I loved the smell of bleach in the clean toilet (I know it's odd, lol). It was warm with the bedding and so comfortable that we slept very well. Overall, it was a great experience staying here with a lovely home feeling and high-end decor 😊.

The parking was easily accessible and secure. The accommodation was perfectly clean and well maintained. 👌 Pleasant decor and atmosphere. Highly recommend. Plenty of places to eat near by and only a couple of minutes to the beach.

Just right for us!

The apartment is very well appointed. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plenty of tea and coffee. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. We were attending a performance at BIC which was only 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We met Jack on arrival who was ready with our card keys even though we were a bit early, he did a quick check of apartment before we went in and wished us a happy stay. I cannot rate this accommodation highly enough it was super clean and modern with everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The bed was really comfy and crisp white quality bedding was lovely. The location couldn't have been better a very short walk to the beach, near by local shop, Thai, Indian and Japanese restaurants just around the corner. All local attractions easily accessible. Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay ❤

There was nothing to dislike, if we visit Bournemouth again I wouldn't bother looking at other accommodation..its sea breeze Coast for us every time !
