Nice location to town and beach. Spacious and good communication.
Felt a little tired/student furniture and could have been a little cleaner in some areas but overall not an issue.

Location is amazing short walk away from the beech. Parking is like cherry on the cake because in Bournemouth parking is mission if it is busy. Host offer us to have hair dryer as well but my wife had her own so didn't need it but important thing is he offered.
Could have some more untensils in kitchen like chopper Need to have trivet to put hot utensils on dining table so no one damaged dining table. But these things doesn't affect comfort of your stay so it is 10/10
