We had a fabulous holiday in the Sea Breeze Apartments in Bournemouth. We booked for 6 nights originally, but enjoyed it so much, we stayed another 3 nights. The basement apartment was brilliant. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and provided with all the amenities to make life easy and relaxed. Quiet location, so we slept well in the comfortable en-suite room, but the apartment is within just a couple of minutes stroll to the local pubs, restaurants and shop, and only a 10/15 minute stroll to town, or down the cliff promenade to the pier and gardens. Excellent location with on site parking. For our next visit to Bournemouth, the Sea Breeze Apartments are the place we would choose first. The support staff are very friendly and helpful, and quickly respond to any requests. Highly recommended.

Strong Marijuana smell in the entrance Stairs and hall carpets unhoovered Xmas tree still up on 10th January Leak from the bathroom sealing No Internet for 2 nights of my stay Marks, scuffs and dirty walls in the apartment The main entrance door kept being left open, making it feel unsafe It's on a street that attracts undesirables, a big eye sore boarded up hotel opposite. Heaters make a noise through the night with a loud clicking noise There's lots of scaffolding up and builders start banging at 9am This is not luxury, I paid alot of money for my stay and it was a disappointment

Lovely relaxing weekend in a cosy apartment

Cosy,warm and clean apartment Lovely to have a dishwasher and dishwasher tablets, cloths etc already there. Quality bed linen

The pillows had obviously been washed and were very lumpy and the bed was poor quality so we both had a poor nights sleep Need more mugs in the kitchen as there were only 2 The TV is complicated to work .

Bournemouth,our enjoyable experience.

It felt like home, really enjoyed our stay. The Hosts thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. We couldn't ask for more. We will certainly be back very soon.

We didn't see any staff, although we didn't need any,it would have been nice for the hosts to find out if we needed anything or if we checked in alright. This is very minor and didn't have any impact on our very enjoyable experience.

Always delivers in cleanliness, quite area, comfort and ease of access

I’ve been here a few times over the last two years. I always appreciate how easy it is to access the apartment. It’s ideally located for local amenities ( wonderful Japanese restaurant a 2 minute walk away) and the all important beach.

The location is good

It was dirty and a bit smelly. Hairs that weren’t ours on the floor everywhere. The washing machine was covered in black mould and also smelly. The wallpaper was hanging loose from the wall.

Wonderful week in Bornmough

The location which was near to the beach and the pier and 5 from the high street The apartment was really modern and fantastic facilities for our stay

Not many negatives but there were one or two issues 1 front window blinds , one side of the blinds didn't shut , you had to close it by hand . 2 There were no clear instructions for the oven/grill and how to operate it . The hob did have clear instructions. 3 The can opener was broken and there was no pizza cutter . It didn't spoil our holiday though 😁

Perfect getaway if you love the beach life with plenty of space and option to cook your own meals!

Location was fantastic, 1 min away from convenience shop, 3 from the beach, 5 from the pier. Our apartment choice was an underground which meant we were nice and cool during the sunny days. Facilities were brilliant, almost everything we could need. instructions were clear and we had no issues! Thinking about staying again next year!

We couldnt see any scissors in the apartment, would have been handy for packets, shower took a bit to work out, thats the only things I can think of.

Lovely home from home, perfect for short stays.

The bed was really comfy and the apartment was beautifully decorated. Also loved the extra touches like the welcome manual and biscuits etc made it feel homely. This was in a good location close to the beach, places to eat and bus stop.

There was a bit of noise coming from others on the road outside our room at night, and next door. It is close to amenities and lovely beach but you need to climb a steep hill to get to the property.

Had the added bonus of being able to park at the rear of the property.In a great location, just 5 minutes from the beach, although I wasn't there to holiday. Lovely Apparment and Great Stay.

We’d been checking these apartments for a year and we were not disappointed and would definitely stay here again. We stayed in the apartment with the balcony which did need a paint job to tidy it up a little outside . However, as warned the stairs were steep, to the apartment, but on entry to the building and up the stairs we were greeted with cushy carpet and pleasant decor. When we entered the apartment we were very happy and excited as we looked around the open plan living area, bathroom and bedroom. It is much bigger than what you see in the photos. We didn’t seek out the gym, but the facilities in the apartment were great. It’s also a great location to the beach and to the pier, although it’s a walk down the hill, but it’s not too steep or down the steps. All communication with the host before we got there and while there was great and there was no issues, but I struggled with the electric cooker before I got used to it. There is a Nisa local shop on the corner of the road and various restaurants in the surrounding area and of course by the pier.

My hubby is tall and didn’t feel safe on the balcony as the railing is a little low, but if you are not fearful of heights it’s okay. Besides this I can’t say there is anything we didn’t like it felt like home for 3 nights.

Clean, modern ground floor apartment. Comfortable bed and all equipment needed in kitchen. Nice towels and toiletries. Narrow entrance to car park. Not all apartments have sea view.

Very narrow entrance to car park at back. There was no balcony as advertised! Also No Sea View from Apartment 2. This is not made clear when booking. Presume only the top floor Studio has sea view. No where to sit outside. Location was good for walking into town, but area a bit down market. Kitchen sink needs a bowl as the plug doesn't shut to fill up.

Was not the apartment I originally booked ( I booked the one with a balcony) however it was resolved and the team were apologetic and very helpful. The alley to get into the parking is very tight and scratched my wing mirror so recommend you pull your mirrors in if you have a bigger/wider car like myself

Lovely apartment, very clean and great communication from owners, not 100% sure about location and surrounding area.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it had all the amenities you would use at home, all in good working order. Due to it being lower ground it was quite cool despite the hot weather. It was also quiet over night. Staff responded very quickly to any messages and offered solutions if needed. It is only a 5 minute walk to the pier, albeit there is a very steep hill to negotiate! I was able to leave my car in car park free of charge after checking out which was really helpful and much appreciated. Overall a lovely apartment.

Despite it being clean there was a musty smell, this cleared a bit with opening the windows and I was offered a plug in air freshener by the owner, but I think this probably needs to be looked at. Some of the decorating in the bedroom needs fixing, but only a minor issue. My main concern is the location regarding the surrounding properties, particularly the “hotel” opposite. The Seabreeze building and one next door look lovely but everywhere else is very run down, making my daughter and I very uneasy when walking down the road.

Close proximity to the beach, tidy well thought out studio apartment. Room to sit and read or watch TV without sitting on the bed.

Multiple emails about the towels, I don't use fake tan etc. But if it's an issue change the colour to something darker. The entrance to the apartment is very narrow I have a kai sportage and it was a squeeze. The hotel across the road is off putting, we stayed mid week but think the noise would be more over a weekend.

Inside the apartment was lovely. Very comfy bed. Near beach

I never leave bad reviews but I only stayed one night and was meant to be there for two. Really horrible area with what I presume are migrant hotels all around. Had loads of groups of men lurking around was shouted & stared at , two crack heads at the shop on the road, and just didn’t feel safe at all. The front door doesn’t naturally shut.. came back twice and it was wide open. Not manned by any staff so anyone could have walked in. Thermostat on shower broken so was either freezing or scolding. Oven didn’t warm up so had to use grill part. I’ve been coming to Bournemouth for five years and accommodation has always been spot on but the places around this one is awful.
