We weren't offered a change of bedding during the three day stay.

We stayed in the battleship suite. Its a small apartment, but the bunk beds were very cool and my boy loved them. The bathroom was nice and I liked the secure entry having door codes instead of a key. Apartment was very quiet despite being in part of the town with bars right outside

The cooker was a little dirty when we arrived, however we never used it so not a huge deal. The hot water is very hot! There should be a sign put up to warn people of this. A few scuffs in the bunk beds and there was a rather unpleasant smell when we entered the apartment. Alot of thumping from the flat above us and the smell of weed outside wasnt very nice. Also the outside of the building doesnt look welcoming at all

Overall, the location was good and the property was easy to access. The facilities were also good, with the basic requirements and utilities provided, including a cooker and washing machine. The bathroom was particularly nice and had a pleasant theme. Good shower. The chess theme was a nice touch, and the games provided were a thoughtful addition. Communication throughout the stay was good, with no issues regarding the access codes or getting into the property. The directions provided were clear and helpful.

For the price charged, I would have expected the property to have been better maintained. While the room was clean overall, there were some areas that looked tired and could benefit from a refresh. For example, some of the wallpaper had slight rips or was beginning to come away from the wall, and there were signs of general wear and tear. Unfortunately, we were also unable to use the jacuzzi. When we went to use it, we noticed small light brown/gold-coloured particles in the water, which appeared to be coming from the tub itself. This may have been limescale or residue, but we could not be certain, so we decided not to use it. The room was also very warm. Although a fan was provided and we had the window open, it remained quite hot and uncomfortable. Overall, the property had some nice features, but given the price, I would have expected a higher standard of maintenance and better attention to detail.

Spa bath is very small, looked a lot bigger on pictures, its not all that comfortable for 1 person let alone 2. Also awful water pressure for the bath taps and shower. The room is very basic, monopoly themed room, seemed to be a few monopoly pictures on the wall. The other rooms look far better by the pictures online. The communal hallway stunk of urine unfortunately which was rather off-putting. Whilst bed was comfortable, I was personally disappointed it was a double, as a 6ft 2 guy my feet hung off the end a bit but thats double beds for you. Checkout of 10am is unfortunate also. Had I paid £100 ish for this room, I wouldn't be overly bothered although still wouldn't be raving about it. But at £240 this was extortionate and far from worth it, we feel ripped off.
