Excellent communication and instruction. Easy access Very clean. Quiet Perfect location. Loved the wallpaper, couldn't believe it wasn't real paneling.

We had a really great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Ideal location for the beach and only about 10 minutes to town. The check in process was easy and you have your own parking space. The apartment was clean and well maintained and it had everything we needed. You can just relax and feel like you’re at home.

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Great location. Close to cliff walk, beach and a short walk to the BIC, if you are there to see a show.

Great location being close to the beach and town. Lovely décor in all rooms. Toiletries were a nice surprise.

Most things were thought of, but they could do with sharper knives and a bread knife, which is a small thing.

Our stay at the Towers House Apartment’s was absolutely fab, arrived slightly later than planned so the lock box was a G

Good value for your money

Nice modern apartment in a good location.

The slippery steep steps to the basement. Did not have sufficient light at night & I fell & injured myself. The kitchen utensils were old & damaged & should be changed.

You could do worse than stay here.

No view, but not far from stairs to the beach. Some nice spots in the area to eat and shop.

Hosts responded relatively quickly to inquiries, but then did nothing about them.

Perfect for exploring Bournemouth and local area

Ideal location for walking around Bournemouth and the beach. Local shops and restaurants, some a short walk on the beach. Comfortable, clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Nicely furnished though a sidelight or up lighter in living room would complete.

Another brilliant stay!

Fantastic place. Fourth time I've stayed. Everything to a very standard. Really comfy beds. Very efficient staff. You'd be hard pressed to find better apartments considering value for money, quality and location. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anybody. Superb!

Comfortable clean apartment with parking. Great location for beach, bars, restaurants and amenities.

Clean and comfortable. Good location. Parking space reserved until 1:30pm after checkout was very useful.

When arriving late, the car park is very badly lit, making the corner spaces almost pitch black. More lighting would've made parking easier and feel safer leaving your car there. Toaster didn't work properly, had to hold it down.

Spacious and comfortable apartment close to the beach.

The welcome e-mails were useful and very clear with required information. The designated car parking spot was positive and the location, perfect. The apartment itself was clean, well presented and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities I like having.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with modern decor, good sea views. Having free parking is a bonus. Basic supplies for a weekend stay were provided. Great location for the beach. Easy check in - instructions were comprehensive.

Limited space for clothes storage, no hooks in the bathroom, not enough comfy seating for four and lack of soft lighting for the evenings in the living area.

Fantastic apartment for couples or families

Location was perfect for us and the dedicated parking space was fantastic and took the pressure off where we could leave the car. Communication about check in was great and very easy to do. Tea and coffee provided was great and enough toilet roll and towels for the week was also good. Apartment block was clean and tidy and apartment itself was clean, bright and airy.

Nothing really stood out and it's really being picky. The seating in the lounge was a bit uncomfortable and perhaps more seating besides the table and benches would have been beneficial Obviously size of room it's difficult but if there had been four of us we would have struggled to all sit together to watch tv

MAGNIFIICENT!

The apartment, the building is impeccable! I am absolutely amazed about this flat. The decor was meticulously done, absolutely everything I needed was available in the flat. The decor is amazing, this finish of the refurbishment is amazing, the doors are very beautiful and good quality (exactly the same I have at home), the wall paper in the living room is a dream, high ceilings…..I could stay in that flat for a month 👍👍👍👍🤣🤣🤣🤣.

The only drawback is the check out time at 10am. Too early.

Fabulous!

Fabulous in all respects, from the view of the sea, to the proximity of the beach, to the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment, to the decor, facilities and complimentary touches. The children's area was spacious, as was the entire flat; we were a family of four and at no point got under each other's feet. We loved it and will return.

Modern clean apartment great location would recommend and stay again

Location was great short walk to beach although we drove as travelled with small children and lots of stuff. Ample parking nearby.

Cot wasn’t there on arrival but a message was sent and one was dropped off within 20/30 mins no problem. The WiFi/ tv signal wasn’t great of an evening when the kids wanted to watch a movie but this wasn’t the end of the world.

Excellently situated and the fact you have 2 parking spaces in a very busy area is fantastic. Very clean and well appointed apartment and the staff were very quick to come back with any questions you may have and super friendly. Would definitely recommend and go back when next in Bournemouth.

Wi-fi a bit hit and miss. Not a huge problem but when later on in the evenings watching TV, which everything is streamed, it can be a bit frustrating. The bunk beds in apt 18 very squeaky and can be heard when kids turning around on the beds. Probably bolts just need a good tightening?

A great modern apartment

A really lovely spacious apartment close to the beach and everything you need in Bournemouth. Good instructions for arrival. Plenty of room and excellent facilities. Would definitely stay again.

We had a problem with the parking registration machine but we contacted the agent and were able to sort it quickly. The only other thing was in the bathrooms, there was nowhere to put your toiletries in the shower and there was no window blind in the en suite.

A very modern super clean apartment With all the facilities you would require And within walking distance to the beach The apartment was ready long before 3 pm, which was nice to be able to get in and have a shower and walk to the beach I cannot fault the apartment or email sent before arrival I would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again well done Tower House Apartments

Contemporary and comfortable flat, well-appointed with easy access to the beach.

The flat was tidy, well-appointed and roomy with high ceilings which was nice. There was also a view across an empty plot to the sea. The presentation of the flat was modern, there was little or no wear-and-wear, and wooden flooring throughout which I prefer. I would stay there again.

The only problem was the blinds in the bedroom which were not effective at blocking the sunlight in the morning. If you're sensitive to light then bring an eye mask which would help.
