The location. The size.
The cleanliness. Dirty toilet and shower. No welcome pack expected with Luxury description. One toilet roll. 2 dishwasher tablets and no bin liners. Had to go and buy everything, including bleach for the filthy toilet .
Half of the light bulbs didn’t work .
Bedding smelt musty.
The towels too small and not enough for 4 people for 5 nights.

- Well maintained building unlike some of the others locally, this was really a gem
- Great location to the sea front/pier and the town centre.
- Parking is available at the front of the property
- Extremely clean, not a spec of dust to be found
- Lounge was spacious for me + 3 kids, a really nice environment to relax in
- Balcony was a nice little bonus in the mornings
- Basic essentials were provided in the kitchen and bathroom, ironing board/iron/hairdryer and extra bedding provided
- Kids were happy there was WiFi!
- Board games were a nice touch for our evenings and kept my youngest entertained
- Lots of lamps which are great for evening time when you do not want the glare of the big lights
- Shower was lovely and spacious
- WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!
- The single beds were quite springy, so I had moaning children in the morning. Pillows were also quite flat, so a comfortable sleep wasn't really possible
- I'm not sure of the listing tells you that there is a bar across the road that closes at midnight on a weekend, they sometimes do karaoke and have live music on. Because of the old windows (guessing maybe the building may be listed and this is why the windows haven't been upgraded), it was quite noisy when trying to get the kids to sleep. Karaoke gave us a laugh though
- I'm British and love my tea in the morning and the teacups provided were tiny
- We were lucky that we didn't use more than the two toilet rolls/one bin bag provided. If you are a family who thinks they will need more than this, bring your own or be prepared to buy any additional you may need
- A shelf in the bathroom would be great. We are a family with lots of toiletries
