Have stayed here before and love it, great location and great flat

The location. The size.
The cleanliness. Dirty toilet and shower. No welcome pack expected with Luxury description. One toilet roll. 2 dishwasher tablets and no bin liners. Had to go and buy everything, including bleach for the filthy toilet . Half of the light bulbs didn’t work . Bedding smelt musty. The towels too small and not enough for 4 people for 5 nights.
