Flat 1 - Sandbanks

There was a washing machine,clothes airer,fridge freezer, ironing board,iron,2 televisions,kettle etc,the sofa in the living room was very comfortable and my daughter slept very well on it. There was enough bedding for her and our bed and beautiful furnishings cushions etc.plus towels for us. There was enough space for our clothes and hangers in the wardrobe.,there was a fan too. It was ideal a ramp at the side of where we stayed to take our suitcases etc into the Flat via the bedroom instead of down the steps! We went to some lovely places,Poole,Christchurch,Wimborne,Winchester and Swanage I would recommend, Bournemouth town centre is nice too.it was an ideal place to stay and a short walk to the town and Odeon cinema and leisure complex.

The hob on the cooker did not work,there were no instructions on how to use the cooker anyway. We contacted the person about it but did not respond until later this week even though it was advertised as street parking there was not -so I had to park at a carpark that had multi exits and was a 7 minute walk away and leave there for a week and pay £80. The message to booking.com did not get read thoroughly as I mentioned parking issue and the cooker. The response was brief. There was what looks like damp on the bottom of our bedroom door,I do hope it wasn't though. No recycle bin or facilities. The front door I felt should have frosted glass on the door or a curtain. My daughter did not feel right for that reason! We had to eat out everyday as we thought the cooker did not work but apparently it did so at least we could cook our tea last night but what food we bought for the week we have had to bring it home as we could not use the hob.

Great location and really comfy bed

Wasn’t clean when we arrived!! Dirty trays in the oven, A PLASTER stuck to the bedside lamp, dirty kitchen cabinets and woods shavings EVERYWHERE. I had to clean the whole place before I unpacked as I wasn’t entirely sure if anything had been cleaned at all!!
