Central 3 Bed Town House - 8mins walk to beach WIFI

Convenient location for the dog beach. Great communication, there really was no issues. There is a lovely dog friendly pub next door. Everything was clean, there was a little coffee machine available and it was a good value for bank holiday weekend. There was life drawing class in the pub next door on Saturday that I would definitely attend if I had a bit more time!

Beds and bedding felt fairly cheap but that's nothing I wasn't expecting. The neighbourhood is pretty noisy. The following apply to pretty much all of the Bournemouth: there is no parking around and nicer places to eat are quite far away and inaccessible. Unless you want fish and chips on the beach or would like to get pissed quickly it's quite hard to find cool place to sit down in town. If we weren't staying during the heatwave, we'd explore the town more and find something for us. Come with a plan and leave your car at home!

- It was right near the town centre. - Property was cleaned well, provided clean towels and travel cot. - Bedrooms were tidy and spacious. - easy self check in and check out

-The parking is a nuisance as it’s off the main road next to a pub. So taxis take up parking. Even though we arrived after 5pm it was hard to get space. Lots of bins beside the property. So not much pavement. With 3 kids and a newborn was quite difficult to go back and forth with pram. - Beds were quite uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. The house itself is lovely, just needs a bit of updating as stairs were very creaky and the treads were poking out the steps.

The townhouse is very basic overall and would benefit from a proper deep clean. The general cleanliness throughout is below standard, with surfaces, floors, and bathrooms all needing much more attention. It gives the impression that the property hasn’t been properly maintained between uses. There were also several maintenance issues that need addressing. The knobs on the gas cooker were off, meaning it couldn’t be properly turned off, which is a serious safety concern. In addition, some fixtures and fittings appear worn or loose, and certain areas show signs of general wear and tear that haven’t been repaired. Lighting and appliances also seem dated and not all in full working order. Overall, with a thorough clean and essential repairs, the property could be brought up to a better standard. However, in its current condition it feels neglected and not properly prepared for guests.

The nobs on the gas cooker are odd and wouldn't turn off fully.
