I would highly recommend Chezzas Homestay. The host is very friendly and helpful, my room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. And the house was quiet. All in all, it ticked all the boxes.

Don’t think I would recommend it.

Location was good. The owner was very pleasant.

No lock on our room door so unable to leave anything of value in the room. We stayed at other accommodations and they had biscuits, breakfast bars and selection of tea bag’s. Unfortunately this one had one small jammy dodger pack and four opened tea bags for two days. Quite a poor show

Lovely, affordable, well run B&B in Poole, Dorset

Chezza was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was perfect, I had the best night's sleep ever ... the bed was sooo comfortable. Having a fridge freezer in the room alongside a little kitchen table and chairs, plus a bathroom to myself, was an absolute bonus ... everything I needed for my stay. I shall definitely book with Chezza again when I'm next in Poole. Definitely recommend! Five stars from me for comfort, location, value for money and a lovely host.

Friendly welcome, room perfect for our requirements, clean and very comfortable. Convenient & free parking and walking distance to the Barking Cat - well worth a visit.

This was a return trip to visit family. Stayed in the deluxe double studio. Very clean and pleasant room with a comfortable bed. Very welcoming host. We found the off road parking very useful and left the car there for the duration of our stay.

Facilities were brilliant, plenty of space and comfort. It was a nice touch talking to Chezza before we arrived about our preffered drinks, tea or coffee. Chezza was very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bonus.

Chezza was very friendly and welcoming and accommodated us very nicely. Good communication and very clear. Quieter location than staying in town centre which we appreciate d. The bed was comfy and everything was very clean and like a home from home. Customers are renting a room in a shared house, we had our own bathroom, and for the price it was good value for money.

I would have preferred to have been able to lock our bedroom door from the outside, but this was not a huge issue.

We had no lock on our door, no clean cups daily, bathroom should of been cleaned each day. Freezer not clean. Stairs very step and driveway steep. Perhaps wouldn’t stay again been to better for same money. Is a very quiet area and lady very friendly

Perfect for me. Welcoming, spotless spacious comfortable room with own bathroom. Quiet. Some might find need to turn off hall lights and a door chain instead of a lock a bit disconcerting but Chezza is a charming and helpful host.

All you need.

We had the Deluxe Double Green Room. It's got all you need in a small space. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Very quiet location.

Shower room is small. I'm not huge but I couldn't walk straight into the shower cubicle, had to turn sideways to get shoulders through. Also whilst I could stand at the basin with my back up against the shower I couldn't bend forward. Probably not for you if you're wide or 6'+. Despite this it's got all you need.

Pay your money & take your choice...But clean

The price, and size of the room. Facilities accordingly adequate and cleanliness good. 25 minute bus journey to Poole or Bournemouth. Quiet at night. If you're in the area on business it's ideal for the money but take your own breakfast.

Take an eye mask as the curtains do not block the morning light. We had a room for my adult daughter with no mirror in it. Pub nearby was "rough".

Great value for money

Chezza was a wonderful host. She looked after all our needs. The room was lovely and clean and we had the sole use of the well appointed bathroom. I would highly recommend Chezza’s for your stay near Bournemouth.

A warm welcome by the owner who obviously knows the area and all the best places to visit, eat etc. I found the room cosy, clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Nice place to stay

The host Chezza, was very welcoming & provided helpful & informative details about local facilities nearby. We are a couple and occupied a large bedroom with private bathroom nextdoor/just outside our room. The accomodation was very clean, tidy, spacious & comfortable.

The surrounding area may not be suitable for anyone who has difficulty walking as it's a bit hilly

Lovely accomodating host. Large comfortable bedroom ( the bed was so comfy it was like sleeping on marshmallows or clouds) and bathroom. Mini fridge in room which kept everything cold and fresh for the whole of our stay. Free parking on the driveway and on the road.

Absolutely lovely stay at Chezzas, nice quiet location north of the town centre but Poole and Bournemouth literally a few minutes drive away. Our room and private bathroom were immaculately clean. The Tower Park complex is a few minutes drive away too which was great for my kids as we spent most evenings there, there's numerous eateries, entertainment and a TESCO store. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly recommended 👍👍

This was a return trip and for good reason! Chezzas has unique advantages over other accommodation in the area. Your hostess focuses on providing a clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay at well below the market price. Free off road parking and secure key access. We had the double ensuite, kitchenette loft again Perfect!

We stayed 9 nights , but would have loved to have stayed longer!
