Not so much a dislike but I booked a house rather than hotel so I could cook. There was just 1 tray for the oven and 2 pans. So I struggled to cook for 5 of us and wasn't able to do a full English the next AM. I'd pack a frying pan for my next visit 😆 xx

Great spacious modern house, was very clean and decorated lovely. Smart TV was great addition. Overall really enjoyed our stay here, encountered no issues and would definitely stay again. Train station was only a short walk away (10 minutes) and was not a far drive into Bournemouth centre either and Ubers were cheap. Great communication with host too.

Cooking utensils were provided but the only thing I would say is to add a frying pan.

Very comfortable place. Modern and clean - perfect for a short break for the 4 of us. Comfy beds, good shower, and decent kitchen. Small outside yard with picnic bench, gets the sun all afternoon. Good location for visiting Poole, Bournemouth and surrounding areas with a car.

Would have been helpful to have a folder of information on things nearby. Also, no towel in the downstairs loo, and a few fixtures and fittings need fixing (e.g. dishwasher door cover, toilet roll holder, towel rail), but all minor issues that could be easily resolved.

parking was difficult sometimes because we have two cars.

Booked and paid, only them to be told that they want a copy of my passport and £200 in addition to the booking for a security deposit. The owner was not available on the phone so o spoke with a young lady. She said this happens a lot! Without giving them these documents and details they refuse you the code to enter the property. As a result we booked somewhere else. We are now out of pocket! Please consider this before booking with these individuals.

the location was good although the house was just off a busy road so could hear cars throughout the night in both bedrooms. it was bright and modern.

the cleanliness was not done a standard that was acceptable. as soon as we arrived, the cleaners were having a full blown fight in the property with screaming and things being thrown around then one walked out and just shrugged me off after i asked if everything was ok. we went then couldn’t get into our property until gone 4pm becuase of the delay in cleaning and only one person was cleaning it. when we eventually entered,the property itself was not clean, there were marks all over the walls, the banisters were filthy and sticky, hoovering had not been done on any of the carpets, apillowcase smelt like they had been sprayed with bleach and the bleach was still wet so luckily we took our own blankets to use, there was so much rubbish under the sofas and marks on the sofas, there was no light for the patio outside, there was no frying pan so couldn’t do any frying, and some more bits we found. we spent the first few hours cleaning ourselves as I am 8 months pregnant and had 2 small children with us so we wanted it to be done to a standard we felt is acceptable. so when we were phoned by a lady after we sent pictures and the dissatisfaction of what we had encountered from the minute we arrived, she apologised and was very friendly and offered to get someone round to clean the following day which we agreed to politely decline as we had already cleaned ourselves and it would have also meant us leaving the property again and wait around for it to be cleaned which we felt we didn’t want to waste any more time. she did also state that she would expect marks, stains, etc as it was the end of the term, however I felt that was quite disrespectful as the property should be cleaned for every paying customer staying at the property considering it wasn’t cheap.
