Stunning New House - Great Location - Garden - Parking - Fast WiFi - Smart TV - Beautiful 2 Bedroom House sleeps up to 6! Only 5 min drive to Sandbanks beach!

Very spacious, clean well equipped house. Very new appliances of a high standard with full size fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine etc. Very large good quality TV in lounge with access to Smart Apps. Shower was exceptionally good. Property was quiet yet very close to main roads giving access to all destinations.

The driveway was a little on the small size for my SUV vehicle. But would be fine for most cars.

Spacious and comfortable, endless supply of hot water and warm and cosy. Modern throughout. Good communication through what’s app. Nice fenced in patio area As I was there for a couple of months any issues raised were soon dealt with professionally.

You get one space as specified which is great but parking if you have visitors is difficult. On two occasions my car was blocked in and I had to ask neighbours to move it. There is a smoke alarm above cooker that goes off every time you use hob to fry something.

Great location for visiting my son who lives very close. The weather was glorious and we took a stroll down to the beach for a drink at Rockwater.

Unfortunately the house hadn't been cleaned / serviced when I arrived, which was disappointing as I had paid for an early check-in. However the team were very quick to refund my fee to me. Thank you

Lovely living room and kitchen and upstairs good size , kitchen I had to wipe over table not clean , and kitchen sides , down stairs table had a lump taken out of it , garden advertised not a garden it’s a yard with just a table , was dirty rubbish and cigarette butts on the floor loads of them , upstairs back room lamp damaged , bed frame nailed together ,stains on carpets , bathroom radiator left on was a sweat box, shower not working properly shower head full of lime scale not cleaned , I found a plaster stuck to the shower , the shower screen leaked water onto the bathroom floor had to put towels down , main bedroom nice , but bed so low and uncomfortable you could feel the slats mattress awful killed my back, down stairs loo , loo seat broken , heating left on , had to go round Turing radiators off , not what you need in summer , the house is not maintained properly , I had told the property we had disabilities, no slip mat in the shower , it was dangerous , steps up to the property .It’s not the best of areas , rubbish on the drive when we arrived meter open , noisy Nabour’s drilling who lived next door ,we had come away for a relaxing break , I was constantly reporting issues , the person who you report them to just don’t care , clearly hasn’t been in the property to see what needs fixing ,

Not disability friendly it’s not advertised , beds so low and uncomfortable, steps up to property , not well maintained

It was quiet road but had everything we needed locally… Loved the island in the kitchen area not that we cooked but would of been very nice if we did. Shower was nice with big shower head… just what you needed after a day at the beach

Stairs are very steep going in/out of the house… would be a little tricky to do in bad weather

The property was really good. Very comfy and homely

We found that the kitchen was lightly equipped. For instance the kitchen only had one chopping board and had to use the same for meat and vegetables, had no laddle for frying eggs etc.

lovely 2 bed house that sleeps 6. excellent location. modern / good interior design very clean and has everything you need.
