Location. Parking. Good facilities. Clean and tidy.
Sofa bed not very comfortable, thin mattress. Fridge door falling off. More couple orientated.

Spotlessly clean. Good sized bedroom. Handy parking space. Essentials provided.
Upon arrival, the apartment had a funny smell (could potentially be from the neighbours) but it was difficult to get natural ventilation, security, and privacy at the same time. Sofa bed was OK for my son but not sure how a couple would manage. The living area of the apartment would not be very comfortable for 4 adults.

We had 2 apartments, 1A and 1B. Both served our needs very well. Me and wife in one, Son, his partner and our 6yr old granddaughter in the other. Both apartments and the cooking equipment / utensils/ crockery etc very clean and fresh. 1A has the single car park space, though the road did have spaces. Owners very responsive to our needs, so overall delighted.
It suited us fine as all family, but worth noting that the shower room / toilet is en suite in sleeping area, of both apartments. so may not suit a booking of "strangers".

Rooms were clean and the area was convenient
Sofa bed not comfortable. Electrical plugs were not working couldn't make a cup of coffee or charge phones in the morning
