Good location, easy to get to
Minor fuse problem with one of lights, however I figured how to sort it quickly so didn’t have to change apartment as offered.
1.0 / 10.0
Location - this was really convenient.
Parking - please be aware of the misleading description suggesting that on site parking is available. This was not the case for all the apartments including the one I had booked. Credit to the owner though. after several persuasive messages which included me requesting a cancellation of the booking, I was able to park on the drive.
Toiletries - really nice fragrance
Cleanliness - the housekeepers did a good job
Broken window latch - Not sure how old the photos were on the site but they didn't reflect how the apartment looked during my stay. It was shabby, tired and unloved. The latch on the window in the kitchen had snapped off meaning the window couldn't be closed. It felt completely unsafe as the apartment was on the ground floor with the window opening directly onto the alleyway where the communal bins were.
Noise - Impossible to sleep due to the constant noise thoughout the night and into the dawn with people coming and going. Not sure if these people were guests or long term residents but I ended up leaving a day early.
Laundry - The property is also advertised as having laundry facilities. I believe there were washing machines in the garage but these were either in use by the housekeepers for the bedding and towels or the garage was locked with no way of acccessing the machines.
Unresponsive owners - no follow up to my messages informing them of the security issues and no reply to my request for access to the laundry.
The 1 star review seems harsh but I feel it's justified due to the combination of all of the above factors. Overpriced for what it is.

The kitchen is fine and has a lot of utensils and nice glasses but everything else needs improving.
This bed had a terrible hard mattress and it was so loud when you moved, it felt like a water bed but was not a water bed. The room needs black out blinds otherwise you wake up at the crack of dawn.
The bathroom stinks of eggy drains and the door is frosted glass, which I could see in the online images but I didn't quite realise it was so transparent and all the light comes flooding into the bedroom. Our baby was sleeping in our bedroom so it's not ideal as you can't turn the bathroom light on, so we had to use our phone torch as to not wake him up with the bright light.
The apartment is just worn out, the floors and walls are all scuffed, the furniture is all chipped, the blinds in the lounge are mostly broken off with big gaps in areas, it didn't feel private as this was the window that looks straight onto the road and people from the other flats were hanging around on the gravel outside waiting for their taxi to town.
The walls are paper thin and the other flats came back between 2am and 5am and they were so loud you could hear absolutely everything because of the walls being so thin. The only way to close your apartment door is to literally slam it as it's so stiff. I think it was the worst night sleep we have all had since our baby was a newborn, he's now 6 months but the noise would wake all 3 of us up everytime. When I say doors slamming it literally sounded like a door in our apartment it was so loud.
The hosts were hard to get hold of through booking.com and I asked a question multiple times weeks prior and only for a response when I had to find their mobile number and text them directly.
Really disappointing stay, I would stay elsewhere next times - there are a fair amount of options for similar prices.

We got a free upgrade to a larger apartment which was a lovely surprise and certainly added to our experience! Apartment was well furnished, very clean, had complementary toiletries. Great location and easy to access all areas of Bournemouth within 20 mins walking maximum 🙂 Hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact, all in all a very nice stay and enabled us to have a fantastic girly weekend!
This is being very picky, but the apartment could maybe do with a full length mirror. You could also hear quite a lot of noise from the other apartments above, but it didn’t disturb us sleeping or having a nice time 🙂

Good location, close to local shops and 20 minute walk to the beach. Lots of light, clean and tidy.
Two very minor things:
1. The cupboards in the kitchen are high, a footstool would've been useful for those who are shorter.
2. The bedsheets were very creased, which I was fine with, but they could have done with a quick iron over.

We travelled as a family with one 5 year old. The flat looks like in the photos. The main room which has a kitchen, very nicely equipped with everything you could need. A sofa bed and a table with chairs where you can eat. And then a comfortable bedroom with a lovely bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The flat we stayed in was at ground floor level (flat B) and had lovely views of the back garden and woodlands behind the property. The flat was clean. The bed was comfortable. The sofa bed is ok, but not the most comfortable. The location of the flat is good. In proximity to a bus station ( if required) and a CO-Op shop and a lovely Pizzeria restaurant Da Mario, which makes amazing pizza ( tried it for one evening and was lovely 😍). You can go to the beach ( Middle Chine) if you just follow the main road. Is about 20-25 min easy walk ( half of the walk is through some woodland/park)
We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
There isn't anything specific that is under the owner's control. The only thing that bothered us were the people that stayed in Flat A during this bank holiday weekend, which were very inconsiderate towards others, by coming in late ( which is not an issue) , but they made a lot of noise each evening. And if you are using the sofa bed in the main room where the flat entrance door is, you can hear everything and is a bit upsetting. I would say that whomever thinks of renting here to please be aware to not let the doors slam and be aware the walls are thin.

Very clean and great that you supplied the kitchen essentials and a few bathroom bits, stops having to pack so much. Lovely walk along the gardens to the beach everyday we loved that walk.
There wasn't quite enough space for me and my 2 kids, also the double bed was a bit dippy in the middle and the matress topper would slide off ( maybe were just too fidgity) also could do with a small hoover or broom ( there was a broken dustpan and brush ) the floor got pretty sandy so would of been nice to have something to sweep up the sand with 💕

Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable

Lovely place, think it would be better if it was just for a couple. Loved the tea and coffee.
If your in 1C you can’t open to windows in the kitchen or bathroom as there are bins next time them, they are quiet back smelling as are all of them. Parking is horrendous, think it’s more the packing and unpacking on a different street. 9pm at night having to walk with my new born to get back to the apartment. Personally this place is perfect for a couple but not a family with young children.

I was pleasantly surprised with this stay, everything was clean including the bedding and shower/toilet. And I liked the boutique style decor. I also liked the parking situation.
In the living room the blinds do need to be replaced as they are broken and allows people to see in which can be uncomfortable. Also the fridge doesn’t shut properly. You can also hear everything as the walls are very thin. Which can’t be helped.

Location was good for what we required. Layout and facilities good for our short stay. Collection of keys from lock box was good.
You promote private parking although reservations are not possible however, when we received our final instructions from you it stated parking was not available with this apartment?? You need to change the wording within the description of the property so people are fully aware of the parking situation when first booking the property. While we did manage to get a car parking space quite close to the property we were of the opinion local residents weren't keen with extra cars.

Every detail has been beautifully considered and finished to a high standard, with lovely extras provided such as tea, coffee, shampoos, and other essentials.
The apartment was clean and well-located, but the sleeping arrangements were a major issue. The main bed was sloped and extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep properly. The sofa bed was very small, only suitable for a child or petite adult. On top of that we were kept awake until gone 3am by loud voices coming from neighbouring windows, which only stopped after I’d shouted out for them to be quiet. If sleep quality matters to you, this may not be the best choice.

Bed and sofa bed wasn’t comfortable! Toilet door was glass door so there wasn’t any privacy! It makes too noise when someone uses the toilet!

Clean and comfy. The sofa bed was excellent. Everything a family could want!
A distance from the train station, if on foot.
Could be noisy with the other residents, but that’s not the fault of the owners.

The apartment was excellent, lovely, and clean, fresh coffee in the fridge. And so close to the centre The owners very clear with instructions where to find keys
There was nothing we didn't like a lovely apartment easy to park by the apartment
9.0 / 10.0
The house was lovely, clean and quiet. We were provided with plenty of towels and bedding and the communication was great. The bathroom was well equipped with all toiletries. The kitchen, although we didn’t cook, seemed to have enough pans, plates and cups for the whole family. There was also a co-op nearby which was really handy
The parking - for the most part we managed to park just outside the property, but at one point we were left with no space to park nearby and had to leave the car quite far away and walk back to the property
The bathroom door - we didn’t feel it gave us much privacy, despite it being frosted you could hear and see a lot, so we resorted to leaving the bedroom whenever anyone needed the bathroom

With four adults it made it difficult with the bathroom in the bedroom

Fantastic location. Lovely walk to beach and very easy access to town. Great having everything in walking distance.
On-street parking was very limited.
Property was too small for the advertised 4 people. Facilities not appropriate for 4 guests, for example not enough cutlery and only 2 chairs at the table.
Photos on website were of other flats, so not the space we were expecting.
Kitchen sink drains were very smelly and hot tap a bit lethal!

The location was great for where we wanted to go. There was space for both of our cars just on the road.
Getting in was easy, it was a quiet and clean apartment, and all the facilities were in place which meant we were easily able to make and prepare our own dinner.
This trip was booked for 3 of us. We had 2 people share the double bed and one on the bed couch, the only thing about the bed couch is that there is no undersheet to put on, they provide extra pillows and a duvet, but no sheet (I used a dressing gown I had bought myself).
We would add that we only stayed for 2 nights and for the 3 of us felt like this was an ample amount of time and anything longer would have been hard due to the small space. The bathroom had seethrough panels in it, so not too great for privacy, we are just lucky that we are all close friends!
