A good flat if you are out all day and only sleep in it.

Spacious, quiet flat with good parking. Generally well equipped with plenty of storage in bedrooms.

Seating in lounge very uncomfortable - couch needs replacing immediately. Wifi good in lounge but dropping in rest of flat. No welcome pack with details of flat and particularly the rubbish and recyling arrangements. Host did not reply to several emails/phonecalls over previous days. No arrangements to access the flat until standing on the doorstep.

Lovely stay

We had stayed for 6 night: 3 adults and 3 kids. We all had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with everything we needed, and located in a quiet area that made it easy to relax. The location was ideal – just a short walk to both the beach and the city centre. Perfect balance of comfort and convenience. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Spacious but poor communication.

Location, (be aware the walk to the beach is down a very steep hill). Comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked except for oven gloves. Spacious apartment, storage space in bedrooms good. Not the property’s fault, but visitors should be aware that because of a land slip in late 2024 the nearby Tropical Gardens and the beachfront train are both closed.

Lack of or slow communication from the manager, property not ready at check-in, which is understandable but difficult with small children, and no information in the property about anything, including WiFi details and bin collection day (we missed it as a result). Property could be really great but the bedrooms and bathrooms are not well ventilated and there was a feeling by of dampness in the bedrooms. Also some very dirty cushions in the living room which should be replaced. WiFi only works in the living room.
