Great stay at a fabulous apartment!

The cleanliness and quality of the facilities was of the highest standard. Ikea bowls and plates were provided to further evidence this. The rooms were cosy and the location was excellent. Parking was also easy. I loved how the owner left mince pies for us and provided cleaning materials, oil, salt and pepper etc. Brilliant host!

The heating was a little slow to come on but once we figured it out them it was fine. The shower height could not be adjusted and this gave the shorter members of the family some issues. The mattress on the sofa bed was thin and made the sleep a little uncomfortable.

Fantastic mini holiday in a lovely apartment with great facilities and location

Great location and easy walkable beach and town access - plus free parking - was fantastic and there was a good amount of space in the apartment. Lounge was comfortable and kitchen facilities excellent - especially helpful to have a tumble drier as most apartments only have a washer drier which isn’t always very successful in drying clothes well. The clothes hanging rails were appreciated and there were plenty of hangers. Bathroom sanitary ware was clean in both bathrooms.

Generally window ledges etc could do with cleaning as they were dusty, one lounge curtain was hanging off and one curtain in the main bedroom didn’t have enough fabric in it to cover the window very well. Some sort of bedside table, lamp and plug socket in between the twin beds would be helpful rather than being at the end of the bed. The most disappointing aspect was the cleanliness of the bathroom ledges, the radiator and bath panel edge which were very dusty and grubby looking. Also the shower cubicle was very mouldy and off-putting and water didn’t drain properly down the plug hole which was a bit frustrating having to keep stopping the shower to let it drain a bit.

Clean, spacious and very well equipped. Nice to be able to open the windows and make it airy. Well equipped kitchen. Parking space. Walkable to the beach. 2 good bathrooms.

Perfect location for the beach, my family had a lovely weekend!

The location is excellent! Plenty of space for a family of 6, the 2 bathrooms were a blessing!

The parking space was so tight, I had to climb over to the passenger side to get out. However there is free parking on the road if you find a space

Good for a weekened stopover and access to beaches!

Decent and well equipped space for a short stay. Coffee/Tea/Sugar provided. Appliances were all in good condition and looked after. Main bed was firm but suprisingly comfortable and we slept well, as did the kids despite the heat (opened all windows all night). Wifi was good and so was access to the TV. Reasonably quiet location not too far from Sandbanks and main Bournemouth beach!

Parking was quite tight and some aspects of the property were tired i.e. curtains were hanging off in two of the rooms. Shower head clamp in ensuite needed attention, and if you slept on the sofa bed (which we didn't) I expect your life would never be the same from the ensuing back injury.

Location, cleanliness, and enough facilities for us to use during the stay, so very convenient

There is only one key for the five of us, which was at times inconvenient. They also didn't give us more bin bags and toilet paper, so keep this in mind if you stay for a long time The double bed is also a bit smaller compared to our expectation

Ideal location, clean and tidy

Great flat in a perfect location for exploring Bournemouth and the Purbeck coast. Clean, tidy with everything we needed. Very responsive host if you did need to contact them. The only negative was you couldn’t use both showers at the same time as the water pressure dropped ( it did when the taps in the kitchen were being used) This didn’t spoil our stay though, we just staggered our showers but just something to be aware of if you are staying for longer than a few days

Comfortable. Smaller than what I thought would be. Comfy bed but pillow too hard

The cooker and hob. Fuse kept tripping while trying to use. Breakfast on the first day took around 45 minutes. Unable to cook on the Sunday as needed to be out at 10am Guttering needs fixing due to rain just rain down the wall. Carpet in living room not fitted properly also marked No Ariel in television

One of my most fav beaches & an amazing location with gorgeous decor ..I’ll be checking if free again for next time

Car park right in front. Cosy lovely decor with so much attention to detail. Just right for us 2 on one of the hottest weekends. I’m not sure about 6 people , would be fine for 4 so no need for couch in lounge which we did not open. No noise at night. Available coffee , tea & biscuits. There was washing up liquid & paper towel. Polite contactable host. A little extension to check out time which we didn’t use but was very considerate to have this option if needed.

Would help to have some clothing detergent but otherwise very happy. Walk up from beach tiring of carrying lots of stuff but that’s just my fitness level. No lifts but just one level up. Security deposit but understand for the need.

Everything was nice and neat. Loved how most of the things were provided. The free parking space was good, it was very convenient. Also, they were always willing to help and making sure that our needs were met.

I liked the 2 bathrooms and all you could need in the apartment. Location great too. Parking was great .

Cooker, hobs no indication of which dial turns on which hob, pot luck, had to turn them all on. Tea towel was dirty , Curtain in main bedroom hanging off. Sofa bed already damaged and bent on arrival, can't pull it out . Dare not to try as was worried of us breaking it properly and loosing our deposit through no fault of our own. Needs replacing. Showers fill up with water need cleaning inside so the water drains properly. Don't think it was worth what we paid but was a pleasant enough stay .

Great Bank Holiday weekend!

Absolutely everything! Main things were the location to the beach and the size and how well equipped the apartment was.

If we had to nit pick any minor negatives it would be that the main shower didn't drain very well (so we only used it once) and the sharp kitchen knives weren't very sharp. But really minor things!!

Lovely stay, lovely place and all very easy.

Location was good - 30 min walk to Bournemouth town centre, right along the beach. Facilities in the flat were great, everything you could need.

No linear TV/freeview - apps were fine for our needs though!
