Great location to walk to the beach and easy access by car to local amenities. Property best suited to 4 people. Excellent hot water supply for showers.
Could benefit from repainting walls/doors, replacing bathroom flooring, repairing iron burn in bedroom carpet, repairing dishwasher, repairing door handles so that internal doors close properly, providing more powerful fans for all three rooms during heat of summer and replacing/refurbishing sofa bed.

It’s very clean and close to the beach.
The lock of the door at the 2 single bed room needs fixing. The electric fan in the master bedroom is not powered enough. I think they need to provide another fan in each room especially during summer.

Good location. Parking off road outside property. Nicely decorated, mostly carpeted. Easy walk to beach. Bus stop right outside. Apartment in nice area for getting around.

Good location. Clean.
Very unconfortable sofa. Small double bed. It was tight for 4 of us. Absurd to say 6 people could stay in this very small flat. Dishwasher partially broken. Marks on the wall.
