Two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with balcony and just a few minutes walk to Alum Chine beach with Vesuvio Italian restaurant and fabulous children's play area.
The Space:
Daintree is located within a few minutes' walk to Alum Chine beach. A modern apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a balcony provides an ideal base for couples or family holidays. Alum Chine beach is home to Vesuvio Italian restaurant which is next to a fabulous children's playground. A short drive away are Westbourne with superb restaurants and bars, Bournemouth and Poole.
Communal entrance lobby with lift of stairs to the second floor. Private hall leading the open plan living / dining area with doors leading to the balcony overlooking the trees in the garden area. Separate fully fitted kitchen including gas hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Master bedroom (5ft kingsize double bed), leading to ensuite shower room (walk in corner shower, sink with vanity unit and electric shaver point, and toilet). Further twin bedroom (2x 3ft single beds). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink with vanity unit and electric shaver point, and toilet).
Parking - The property benefits from a dedicated on-site basement parking space (standard size space between column and wall) and has lift access to the apartment. (Max height at entrance 2.2m, garage space width 2.05m, length 4.8m, height 2.15m).
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Central heating. Hairdryer in main bedroom.
Technology - 40 inch LCD flatscreen TV with freeview facility. Bose music system with Bluetooth connection and MPD docking station. WIFI.
Kitchen - Gas 4-burner Hob, Fan-Assisted Oven, Fridge / Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave and Washing Machine.
Restrictions - No smoking. No pets. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

We rented for 4days and couldn’t fault the property at all. All the mod cons pity about the view from the windows,but it didn’t matter much as we wanted to see the surrounding area and it was well worth it. Would definitely recommend it.

The property was exactly as we expected and wanted - a two bedroom apartment within easy walking distance of the beach. The apartment was well appointed, had modern fittings and even a range of books, games and DVDs which was great for the kids. Having underground car parking in Bournemouth too was excellent, as on street parking was near non-existant on the weekend. Would happily stay again.
