We booked this property for a business stay, and it exceeded expectations. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described, offering excellent value for money. it was nice little place just a short walk to Bournemouth beach and restaurants, I like how there is a co op right opposite, and a shop right next door and cafe for breakfast, I love the wide big door for a nice breeze, it's a cosy cool set up with the living room being downstairs, beds were very comfortable

the cleaners may have missed a few spots such as the main coffee table was sticky with marks, the carpet needs a refresh or clean as people must be wearing there shoes inside, I think there should be a hair dryer and a spare blanket and it needs one spare chair in the living room to sit on to watch a movie as a family, that would be great, little added small things to make it perfect but otherwise everything was lovely and great and we had a nice night ❣️ and I would recommend it 😊

It looked just like in the pictures, it was close to the beach, and shops, the house was really nice.
It was very dusty and the carpet turned all of our socks black, there were spiderwebs and we even saw a spider. The door in the bedroom downstairs on the wardrobe was broken, shower didn’t have pressure
