Do not stay here

This was one of the most disappointing stays we have ever experienced. The property did not match the description or photos on Booking.com. Several essential facilities were missing or not functioning properly, making the accommodation uncomfortable and unsuitable for a proper stay. When we raised these issues, the owner failed to respond or take any responsibility. Despite repeated attempts by both ourselves and Booking.com to contact them, there was no cooperation. This caused serious delays, unnecessary stress, and financial inconvenience. Booking.com tried to assist us, but the situation could not be resolved promptly due to the owner’s lack of communication. As paying guests, we expected honesty, basic standards, and professional behaviour. Unfortunately, none of these were provided. We would strongly advise future guests to think very carefully before booking this property. Poor communication and lack of accountability made this experience extremely frustrating. We hope this review helps others avoid the same situation.

Beautiful

Absolutely love this place , I’ve stayed in all of the suites. Each room is beautifully decorated, very aesthetic. The beds are so comfy , and there are lots of nice small touches around the suites. It’s always smells so clean when you walk in, and the rooms are always immaculate. By far my favourite place to stay in Bournemouth. Kerry is also really friendly and helpful when I need assistance with my stay . I can’t fault this place!

The host kept turning the heating off, so i always freezing cold, heavily pregnant. Hardly any kitchen equipment which she promised to get sorted the next day but didn't.

Great location, easy to access with free parking and a huge apartment, hosts also were really helpful with my request for rose petals in the room for our anniversary.

Broken down dangerous shower Builder came and woke me up to fix it while we were staying there! Standard bed described as extra large, hooks in the wall being described as a “wardrobe” and place being just filthy.

everything was perfect! very clean! apartament had everything you could think of. very good location, near chine and the beach. key code system - very easy and straight forward. plenty of parkimg space around on the streets near property. lovely and quiet around, no parties, we had very good ,restful sleep.

Nice and relaxing stay close to beach

Have stayed here a few times. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Has a very chilled vibe there. Close to the beach and not far from shops and restaurants. Had to change rooms this time after I'd booked another night while there and Kerry was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend it here.

It was the basement and didn’t know this until check in The smell of damp played a part in my asthma. View was limited due to being the basement. The fridge door was rusty and inside the fridge shelves broken (missing) The knife draw was broken. Not enough crockery. No basics like salt pepper oil for those forgotten items. Essentials like tin opener bottle opener.
