We were in the Osborne Suite; room looked just like in the photos. Check-in and check-out using the key safe worked very smoothly for us.
Would have given this a 10 if it wasn't for the noise during the night: Another couple tried to check into the suite next to ours around 11:30pm and (apparently) the code they were given for their key safe didn't work and the host wasn't answering their calls, which led to them making a lot of noise knocking on doors and windows of other guests, trying to gain entry. They kept this up for over an hour, keeping us awake until well after midnight.
