Avoid! problems with the deposit and flat far of everything

The house is ok but it didn’t worth the price, you can definitely find something better for better price

1. the deposit was a big problem, they took 3x the money from my account without my permission even one day after check out, I needed to call and say that I’ll call the police if they don’t solve the problem. 2. The location is terrible if you don’t have a car, everything is by car. Supermarket 40mins walking, city center 40minutes walking (maybe more) pharmacy 40minutes walking. So it’s terrible to call uber all the time, when I was there I was sick so I needed to call Deliveroo per 4 days as i couldn’t find anything nearby not even water 3. The toiled flush is broken and you need to be opening the box to fix it everytime you flush 4. After the reservation they send you a contract full of rules and all of the rules tells something about losing the money of the deposit so you’ll stay anxious all the time about losing it, you can’t relax. They even have a part there that says (if someone complains about your noise you will lose the money) something like this, and you can hear people upstairs and downstairs so of course they can hear you too So me recommend is that you avoid this place and places by this business as it was very stressful for me solve the problem with the deposit, I’ve never experience this and I travel a lot, pay the deposit is already something we don’t like but they make it worse. 5. The WiFi doesn't work, it's on and off all the time I couldn't use it to watch my online class or to work, needed to use my 5G and even using the connection was bad because of the location

Very Clean & perfectly located

Great location. The flat had almost eveeyrhing u need on a getaway, especially forgettable thinga kike oil salt& pepper. Very well equipped. Very clean & tidy with ample fresh linen & towels. The bed was super comfy too. Would definately recommend.💯

Some bath & toilet mats would've been nice as water goes everywhere after a shower. We couldnt use the oven as it was in a very badly burned state. Please provide more glasses, there was only 1 wine glass.😔

Nice location and pleasant accommodation

Bedroom and living area were very nice with good facilities including netflix and an allocated parking space. Only a short walk to the nearest beach or a further 20 minute walk along the seafront to Bournemouth pier.

The bathroom was spacious and fine, although if being picky some parts in the bath/shower area were a little worn when compared to the standards in the rest of the flat eg sealant edging/grouting around bath marked but, that's not too uncommon in my experiences of other properties.

Great location - very close to the beach and 20 min walk to the centre of the town by lovely promenand. The appartment itself had averything we needed for a short break. It is nicely decorated and super clean. WiFi is very fast which we needed for work. Parking is right outside of the building which was a nice bonus. Host was very helpful so the whole experience from booking to check out was very plesant. Thank you we stay again.

Highly recommended apartment

Great place to stay, clean and stylish flat situated in a really good area. In less than 10min walking there are restaurants & cafes. The apartment has what one needs from fridge+freezer, cooking area, dishes for 4x, washing machine, iron board and a hair dryer. The sofa bed was very comfortable too. We will definitely book here again if in Bournemouth. Thanks a lot!

Just as a small detail…a kitchen roll would have been very handy to find in the kitchen.

Great for a long weekend

Location was brilliant. Close to the beach. Parking right outside the property. Apartment very clean and larger than it looked on the photographs. Bright with lots of big windows.Nice full sized fridge and a smaller freezer available which comes in very useful. I’d definitely recommend and stay here again.

I got a lot of messages emails/text messages after the booking process which was a bit confusing. I think the systems or timing of automated messages was out of sync.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was lovely, very modern look and couldn’t fault it. the location is perfect for the beach and only a 30 minute walk to Bournemouth pier.

There really isn’t anything to like. We unfortunately had very loud neighbours staying above us who spent most the night walking around trying to put their feet through the ceiling but that was just unfortunate

Great location, awful bed

Great proximity to the beach. Clean appartment. Good kitchen and bathroom. Able and to grant a later check out.

Double bed was probably the most awful and uncomfortable bed ever slept on. Every tiny movement was met with squeaky springs. Sofa bed on the other hand was comfortable however had to contact property for instructions on how to assemble from sofa to bed. Towels were provided for two people when four were staying which meant we had to share towels. Two further towels were provided when requested but were left on the doorstep - not hygienic! Lastly there was painting /work being done to the entrance and hallways which we were not notified/warned about in advance. Potentially hazardous with young children.
