Well equipped apartment with good kitchen essentials, iron and cleaning items provided. Heating was easy to control and the TVs with Netflix, YouTube Premium and Prime were a nice touch. Self check-in was smooth and convenient. Good location with the beach around 10 minutes away, and having parking and a lift was useful.
Some visible wear and tear on arrival including damage to the dining table, marks and chips on walls, and a mark on the carpet. The cooker hood was not working. The sofa setup was not clear initially. The property condition does not fully match the listing photos. Given the deposit and ID verification requirements, it would be better if a clearer baseline condition was established before arrival to avoid needing to check and report issues.

Location
The noise from several workmen staying above us , across the hall and downstairs, Smell of someone smoking weed, constant banging doors, main entrance door being left open at all hours made me feel unsafe, also parking at the front of the building was difficult due to being large transit vans parking so very close to our car !!
