Benefitting from its own private entrance, the apartment is ideally positioned within easy walking distance of the award-winning sandy beaches and offers pleasant views over the Chine from its private balcony. The accommodation is tastefully furnished throughout and provides comfortable holiday accommodation for couples and small families alike. The property benefits from a spacious lounge/diner, separate kitchen and balcony with outdoor seating, making it an ideal base from which to explore the local area and enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday.

THE APARTMENT:
This apartment has one bedroom, which includes a King Size Bed and a SMART TV.

In the lounge/diner guests will find a sofa bed to sleep 1 or 2 people. The lounge also includes a SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is a door leading from the lounge to the balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs and enjoys views over the Chine.

The separate kitchen is equipped with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.

The bathroom has a compact bath with a shower facility and a toilet.

THE LOCAL AREA:
Alum Chine is a distinct and popular holiday location situated between Bournemouth and Poole whilst still being a distinct suburb of Bournemouth. Alum Chine beach is hugely popular with families due to a pirate-themed large adventure playground, toilets with baby changing facilities, RNLI lifeguard stations, pubs and ice cream kiosks. From Alum Chine beach you can take a peaceful stroll through the exotic woodlands. Westbourne is an elegant district of Bournemouth located on the way to Poole and known affectionately as The Village, offering a mix of design specialists, beauty stores and delicious delis, pubs and child-friendly restaurants. Whilst Westbourne is busy, Alum Chine offers a more peaceful and relaxing holiday environment than in Bournemouth centre, as you would expect. Bournemouth centre itself offers high street shops, theatres, an Odeon cinema and restaurant complex, restaurants, bars and entertainment for the whole family. The walk along the Promenade underneath the cliffs or along the beach to Bournemouth Pier is always a popular choice. An alternative walk is via the zig-zag paths or the cliff lift, and to walk along the clifftop taking in the magnificent vista across Poole Bay. The land train runs along the Promenade, from close by the bus terminus at the foot of the Chine, to Bournemouth Pier and to Boscombe Pier beyond. Seasonal open top buses will take you into Bournemouth and Poole. If you walk along the Promenade in the other direction towards Poole you will come across Branksome Chine which offers yet more sea and sand.

SOUTHBOURNE / TUCKTON / WICK / HENGISTBURY HEAD - An ideal destination for families with its own shopping area and beautiful walks over nearby Hengistbury Head. Located just a short drive or bus ride away from the centre of both Bournemouth and Christchurch.
CHRISTCHURCH / MUDEFORD / HIGHCLIFFE - Christchurch is a quaint destination, steeped in history. With beautiful riverside walks along the Stour it is ideal for the quieter day out, while still having the High Street for shopping.
