This apartment in Ashley Cross is close to restaurants, bars & shops. With two double bedrooms sleeping four people across two floors. It benefits from two garage parking spaces and Juliet balconies.
The first floor of the property is bright and spacious. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area has three Juliette balconies & three skylights. With integrated appliances, comfortable seating, smart TV and a large dining table and breakfast bar its a great social space.
Bedroom two (double bed) is on the first floor with a separate bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, sink and towel rail.
Downstairs, you will find the main bedroom with a super-king bed (which can be split into twin beds upon request), ensuite (bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and towel rail) and walk-in wardrobe. The lower ground floor can also be accessed via the garages,
Parking – Double garage for two cars, bikes etc.
Services – Duvets & linens provided (beach towels not included).
Technology – Free WiFi available
Kitchen – Dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave & washing machine.
Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. Please respect our house rules. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Please keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am. Please bag and put all rubbish in the waste collection bins provided, and if applicable put out the night before collection.
The minimum age for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

After confirming your booking, you`ll receive access to the guest portal. Upon confirming your booking, we ask all guests to complete a pre-check-in form.
- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18
- Infants will be counted as a guest
- Strictly no stag or hen parties
- Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
- Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 2. Pets are limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing a pet is subject to approval.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.
- For safety and insurance reasons, charging electric vehicles (EVs) using the property`s domestic electricity supply is not permitted. Guests may only charge an EV if a dedicated EV charging point is provided at the property and specifically made available for guest use. Please do not use standard household sockets, extension leads, or other electrical outlets to charge an EV.
d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
