About this house rental
This fisherman's cottage is possibly in THE PERFECT location in Poole. Situated within a stones throw (literally) from the Sea, and right next to the Fisherman's Dock, with direct access to the sea side foot walk onto the Poole Quayside and Town Centre. There is an abundance of activities that you can book to include Fishing Trips, Dive Boats, Sailing Boats, Parascending and more, as well as fantastic array of bars and restaurants that cater for all ages and tastes. The two bedrooms both have stunning sea views, with the master bedroom looking out over the harbour and across to Brownsea Island. There is a comfy lounge area with all expected facilities and a dining area that leads out onto the 'sun trap' patio and garden that backs onto the harbour and is absolutely perfect for BBQ, playing with your children or just relaxing in the sunshine. This fantastic property is child friendly and has off street parking for 2 cars / boats.

Exactly as described. Clean,tidy, all the information for wi fi,bin collections etc clearly displayed. Lovely outlook from the rear was Poole Harbour and from the front was Sandbanks. Walk to the water was about 2 minutes, shallow and calm and for a busy port surprisingly clear,see the pebbles as you paddled. Had a minor problem with the shower riser which was dealt with the same day with a text to Andy and by the late afternoon the plumber arrived and fixed it. Smashing service. Considering rebooking for 2027.

It was well situated, right by the sea and with views of the harbour. Easy access to the Quay and Old Town. Parking space as advertised. Nice and clean.

Location was excellent but the property needed a bit of TLC for example front & back of property needed weeding & cutting back & some areas needed painting, furniture was to big in main bedroom. The step into the kitchen from dinning room was quite dangerous I tripped on it several times. But we had a great time in a fantastic location.

Everything about the property was as advertised. Ideally positioned close to the Quay and overlooking the sea. The host very kindly left a welcome food basket for our arrival and when we need to reach out with a query on the WiFi code he was quick to reply and resolve for us. The house was in immaculate condition and served as an excellent base for us to move around the area
