Situated on the first floor of a converted house. Entrance with stairs up to the first floor. Spacious open plan living / dining and kitchen area with feature windows and cosy recessed window seat all with stunning park lake views. Stylish and contemporary with period features throughout. Fully fitted kitchen including ceramic 4-burner hob and extractor, fan-assisted oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer machine. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment.
