Entrance leading to the living room with a table football table. Doors leading into the open plan dining and kitchen. Patio doors from the kitchen lead out to the rear garden benefitting from outdoor seating and BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining! Stairs up to the bedrooms - Master bedroom (2x 3ft single beds or zip and link superkingsize double) with an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet and electric shaving point), second bedroom (4ft 6in standard double) and third bedroom (3ft single). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink, toilet). Cloakroom on ground floor (toilet and sink).
Parking – There is off road parking for two vehicles at the front of the house.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology – WIFI. 50"4K Smart TV wtih freeview. DAB radio.
Kitchen - Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / dryer, slimline dishwasher.
Restrictions - No smoking. Two well-behaved dogs permitted.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
