Truly exceptional place in Bournemouth. One of the best for beach vacation in Bournemouth. Next to beach, exceptional beach views from everywhere jn penthouse, best restaurants to eat next door, and top it all, the best service. We had issues with hot water and was sorted in next hour. Highly recommended.

Guy provided very clear instructions on how to get the keys, access the appartment & park our car. There's a lift up to the appartment. Fantastic views over the sea. Excellent outside terrace/seating area. The appartment has a lot of south facing windows so it can get hot when its sunny (but the blinds can help to manage this). Enormous TV! The appartment is in a great location for beach access (the sea temperature was perfect in July). Comfortable bed (we only used one of the two bedrooms). Good working showers. Decent tea pot & coffee press! Good essentials in the cupboard (salt, sugar, tea, coffee). Quiet.
Overpowering diffusers in the bathrooms. The TV was possibly too big for me. It would've been nice to have some milk in the fridge when we arrived (some holiday homes do this, some don't). Some of the roads inland were a bit run down, but I guess that is just Bournemouth city centre and you can easily walk to more chi chi areas.
