Welcome to Seas the Day holiday apartment in Bournemouth which is just 5 mins walk to the beach and town centre.
This is a modern 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Situated on the 2nd floor with lift. Off road parking space with extra parking available nearby. All rooms south facing. 2 King size beds, double size bunk beds, sofa bed and travel cot. Free fibre WiFi, Smart TV, DVD player, DVDs, Xbox 360 with games, TVs in both bedrooms, board games, books and magazines. Large communal garden. Bedding, towels and high chair included.

Beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Bournemouth.
Just a short walk to the beach in one direction and town centre in the other.
Purpose built holiday apartment block. Lift access to the apartment on the 2nd floor.
The apartment has large double glazed UPVC Windows and French doors to balcony. Beach and nautical theme decorations throughout with high quality furnishings. The bedrooms and living room are south facing so get the sunshine all day.

The living room has a 3 seater Brown leather sofa, a matching 2 seater sofa which is also a sofa bed, and an arm chair. There is a large Panasonic Smart Ultra HD LED TV with Freeview play and Netflix, Amazon prime video or can surf the internet. Also a Xbox 360 with controllers and lots of games. DVD player with remote and 50 top title DVDs.
I have also included board games, cards, books, tourist information and a welcome folder with all the information for your stay including how things work, Wifi code, nearest shops, restaurants, bars, how to get to the beach etc
The living room also features a tiled floor area where the solid wood dining table is with 6 chairs.
From the living room is the kitchen which has a full size fridge freezer, electric oven and grill with 4 ceramic hobs. There is an extractor hood, stainless steel microwave, 4 slice toaster and kettle. I have included plenty of plates, pans, mugs, bowls, cutlery and utensils if you decide to cook and prepare meals. There is Deliveroo and Uber eats available in the area if you decide to order in food. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen and 2 clothes horses in the apartment to dry on.

From the open plan lounge diner you walk through the hall into bedroom one which has a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps and alarm clock, large wardrobe with digital safe if you would like extra security for belongings. There is a wall mounted 22inch Philips freeview HD TV. The bedroom leads through French doors onto a beautiful sunny balcony with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast on or have a drink in the evening.

From bedroom one you turn left into bedroom two which is the biggest bedroom with a king size bed and a single bed. There are solid wood bedside tables, lamps, alarm clock, large wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror and stool, hair dryer and a 32inch Sony LED TV with Freeview HD. Bedroom 2 has a large en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink, mirrors and chrome heated towel rails.

Toilet rolls, hand wash and shower gel are included in both bathrooms.

The main bathroom is located next to the front door and features a very large walk in shower, toilet, sink, mirrors and towel rails.

Please note there is no bath in the property. I have a small plastic bath for babies/infants.

There is an iron, ironing board, clothes horses to dry on, hair dryers, travel cot and high chair. Please note I don't provide bedding for the cot so please bring your own.

I include towels for each guest and bedding is provided (except cot). I also provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk and some biscuits so you can have a relaxing drink when you arrive.

In the hall there is an intercom, alarm and thermostat. There is no gas supply in the property, it is all electric and electric shower, oven, grill and hobs.

Instructions on how everything works in the property are provided in the welcome folder along with tourist information, recommended nearby restaurants, bars, shops and activities.

Outside there is one allocated parking space and a large grassy communal garden to the rear.
