It gave us a good base to drive from on a less sunny weekend. We had privacy and cooking facilities
The flat is spacious, it is good to have two rooms as it gives us and our son more privacy. It felt safe and had most things we needed. The shower / bathroom was nice!
The sofa wasn't comfy, so sitting to watch the telly was tricky as it needed propping up and was a bit hard. The beds were also rather uncomfortable, we all had back ache after the first night. So maybe a little investment in a new sofa / arm chair plus decent beds. We also found there weren't many bowls for our meals.

Location was good, place was large and clean throughout. Tom was very good and checked in to make sure things were well. Things we didn’t like, sofa was broken one end, was very uncomfortable to sit on, could have done with a larger one for the amount of guests it accommodates. No tea towel or kitchen roll provided.
