The host and the location was excelent.
Nice to have a patio on a flat.
The flat was nice, and the experience was great. Lovely to be able to walk to beach, or town centre.
We arrived 25 minutes early and we had to wait an hour for the flat to be cleaned. Checking-in was at 15:00, but we couldn't get in untill 15:35 and the cleanliness wasn't the best. It felt rushed and clumsy.
The kettle was dirty, the pans were all rusty, maybe used carelessly by previous tenants, and the oven was left really dirty, but all the other kitchen tools and appliances were left in good condition and we were also able to cook meals.

Close to he beach, restaurants, shops. Really good location.
The buildings private parts (parking place, garden) was nice, but as soon as you out of it it is just so messy. Rubbish and rats everywhere :(
But this have nothing to do with the let, just simply a bad note at the surroundings
