A comfortable, well located apartment with a great host.

The apartment was warm, cosy and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for exploring Bournemouth, and it felt clean, comfortable and newly renovated. James was super communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything very easy.

Nothing significant to note. We had a great stay overall.

Took grandchildren but not really suitable

spacious and comfortable

4 flights of stairs, nowhere to leave pushchair, no parking. Very noisy especially at night.

10 minutes from beach and suitable accommodation for 4 or 5 people.

Host (James) was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Kitchen and bathroom were great and plenty of hot water.

Bed was average comfort. Sofas were uncomfortable and not enough comfortable seats available (suitable for 4 or 5 at a pinch). I appreciate there is not enough room for much more, but a couple of comfy chairs in the bedrooms, that could be used in the living/dining room would be very useful.

Best weekend holiday!

Amazing location! Hotspot with all the restaurants and cocktail bar around. If you like being at the centre of a happening place with everything around you and walk to the beach it’s absolutely perfect. We went to the Bournemouth pier to see the fireworks on Friday as suggested by James and it was fantastic. Needless to say house was great. Neat and clean, literally spotless and have pretty much everything you may need. We stayed there with kids and friends, and all of us liked it. Kids really enjoyed as there was plenty of space to move around, play and chill on the sofa with some Netflix. Shoutout to James, he has been informative and suggested some lovely places and everything you would need to know. Great host! 100% would be coming back again, we come to Bournemouth once a year and don’t think we want to stay anywhere else now!

Great space just a short walk from the beach

The apartment is very modern, decorated nicely & was spotlessly clean. Just a short walk from the shops & beach, it was the ideal location for our break.

There are a lot of stairs so just be mindful if travelling with a lot of bags or have limited mobility

Good location, great space

Location for where we needed to be. Apartment well appointed with everything we needed. Lovely and clean. Apartment block quiet when we were there. One parking space included. Host was great at keeping in touch and arrival and leaving instructions were so clear.

Just us being picky....some of the pillows could maybe do with replacing and there were no hooks on the bathroom door to hang a towel or clothes.

Great get together with family

Location in the middle of high street with plenty of shop restaurants 10 Minutes to cliff then another 10 down to a beautiful beach

Beds very uncomfortable we all had disturbed sleep not enough sofas for 7 to sit down and dinning table only sat 4 comfortably

Great property for a group of friends to enjoy the weekend

Great central location, easy access to sea front, shops etc, loads of restaurants nearby. Comfortable for 6 friends, nice beds, very clean, parking only a short walk away. James was easy to contact for any questions. It’s quite noisy in that area on a Saturday night but the flat is well insulated once inside.

The blinds in the downstairs bedroom didn’t adjust to close fully so it was quite bright from 6am but this can be solved , no other complaints

Great location regarding the distance to beach and centre

How close it was to beach and centre The host was very helpful :) The apartment was lovely modern and clean

I’m sorry to say this but the outside was filthy, rubbish everywhere, ripped bin bags not cleaned up over weekend, rats, which was our view from the window unfortunately and a lot of homeless (which isn’t a problem untill they would arguing through the night or hang about near the front door drunk and it scared my little boy walking out sometimes) but they didn’t cause any trouble for us just made us abit uneasy right by the door with 2 young children.

Great stay, comfortable and cosy.

Great stay. Very well located, within walking distance to the pier, restaurants, and has amusement options nearby if you get a rainy day with kids. Fantastic bedrooms, well decorated with suitable furniture. Clean bathroom. Kitchen with good appliances. We recommend it as a very comfortable stay. The host is available and attends promptly. We travelled in 5 adults and two kids.

It wasn't an issue for our family, but it may be inconvenient for someone as it is third-floor access by stairs. The car park is crossing the road, but really close.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay

The location was close to the beach and the train station which was perfect for outings. The property was also very spacious and comfortable to live in. All necessities were provided and we appreciated the sweets. The host was very friendly and warm.

Not much to say apart from that there wasn’t much washing up liquid available. We had a great time and would definitely book again!

We had a lovely time and made most of it even though the weather was not great however James was lovely and really helpf

The property was in a amazing location very close to all the shops , restaurants, and beach and was perfect for all of my family ! Had a lovely homely feel.

The only comment I would say I did not like about the property was the room where the sofa bed was has a round window with no blind on so the light comes through and in the evening the purple light shines through ! However the owner was great and had given us a good tip to block the sunlight for the next few nights after the first one . Also the hot water in the kitchen when washing up is extremely hot !

overall, the stay was fantastic, the apartment was incredible and the service was immaculate. couldn’t ask for a better

it is well laid out and was in a superb location in Bournemouth. The staff was also incredible, James went above and beyond for our stay and ensured we were comfortable throughout the whole stay. Top class service 🙌

The only downside to the apartment was it was on the top floor of the building so taking the luggage upstairs and downstairs was the only downside. other than this the place was exceptional

A perfect base for a trip to the seaside!

Super easy check in, with keys being available in lock box. Great communication from host. Very close to the beach All amenities we needed were there - always a bonus to get towels as they take up so much room in luggage. Kitchen was equipped and there wad loo roll!

The street adjoining the flat is very busy, and has clubs/bars. That being said, the windows were great, and we couldn't hear the noise throughout the night. This did not effect our stay at all.
