Beautifully presented throughout, the property offers generous living accommodation including an open plan kitchen/diner with sliding doors opening onto the garden. The private garden provides an excellent space for outdoor dining and relaxing after a day exploring the local area. Ideally located close to the amenities of Westbourne, with the Upper Gardens just moments away and the award-winning beaches of Alum Chine only a short drive away, this is an excellent choice for families and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing coastal holiday.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This spacious ground floor apartment has three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom includes a Super King Bed and benefits from an ensuite shower cubicle and a separate ensuite toilet. The second bedroom is a Triple Bedroom with a Double Bed and a Single Bed and is accessed through the lounge. The third bedroom has a Double Bed.
The lounge is tastefully furnished and includes a SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is also a second reception area with a SMART TV, providing additional space for guests to relax.
The open plan kitchen/diner features a breakfast bar with bar stools and sliding doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a GAS RANGE COOKER - WASHING MACHINE - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The kitchen also benefits from an arcade machine.
The family bathroom has a bath, shower facility and a toilet.
