Amazingly well positioned, only 2 miles from the world famous Sandbanks blue flag beaches, 1 mile from old town Poole and the quay, 3 miles to Bournemouth, half a mile from 2 marinas and a quarter of a mile to the sea / harbour! - Great easy location to see the whole local area!

Several amazing restaurants are only walking distance!

Kitchen features stone worktops, Neff oven & Hob, full height fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The master bedroom is large with king size bed, twin built in wardrobes, SMART TV & dressing table. There is also the option of an extra single bed making this a family room.

Bedroom 2 is a good sized double with integrated wardrobe, led back lighting and wall mounted SMART TV.

Bedroom 3 is a modest double with a separate integrated wardrobe and wall mounted SMART TV.

There is also a desk work/reading area in the hallway.

We have fast dedicated WiFi throughout with smart connected TVs in every room so no fighting over what to watch! BBC/ITV/C4 Catch up + Netflix!

The location of the apartment is great! Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops plus only a 5 minute drive to the world famous sandbanks Beach!

We've found the space works really well as everyone has their own room with a fully connected TV so they can retreat for some private space which is always nice when staying as a group. This also works really well with kids as it avoids any TV related arguments! The lounge also provide a nice social space for when people want to come together.

This is a self contained private apartment with it's own entrance. It is situated on the 1st floor with a single run of stairs from the ground floor. 3 bedrooms, bathroom, additional toilet, kitchen, seating and desk/work area.

You'll have the whole place to yourself with uninterrupted privacy.

We are local hosts living nearby, happy to help where we can. If you need any local info please don't hesitate to ask.

Desirable part of Whitecliff, 5 minute walk from the sea. Opposite is a trendy surf cafe that does amazing breakfast and lunch, next door is also yoga studio if that is your thing!

There is also a very good local butchers and convenience shop opposite and next door where you can find everything you need.

Within a few minutes of the apartment you have a massive choice of restaurants, bars & coffee shops - please do ask for recommendations! Poole and Bournemouth town centres are only 10 minutes away. The golden sandy beaches are 5 minutes up the road.

There is a bus stop directly on the road outside.

There are also easy local car parks whether you're heading for the town centre, beach or shopping.

There is free road parking in all the roads surrounding the apartment. We also have a single open fronted garage behind the property but this is only suitable for small cars etc.
