Ideal location just up from the zig zag between Boscombe and Bournemouth. A co-op 100 yards down the road, great for a meal deal. Little Asia take away a few minutes away for great Chinese/Thai food. Tea/coffee was a nice touch as was the dishwasher tabs.
Walk up from beach can be tough for those who older or disabled. Car park at the beach is about £20 per day. Parking on Derby road is a bit hit and miss but other roads are also free just check the signage.

Location and dedicated parking great. Convenience of very nearby bus stop ideal.
The very out of date (and sticky!) visitor information book (dated and relevant to covid era!!) Have never ever seen warnings about the banned use of fake tanning products in a property!!
